Hi, I noticed that the display on my phone stopped working this morning. It seems to be a common issue based on discussions in the community. The left half of the screen is filled with static, even after restarting the device multiple times. I have attached images showing the problem. Since the phone is still under warranty as it was purchased in August [redacted], I would like to explore options for repair or replacement. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with my old Nokia Model [redacted] NSK-1NX. I mistakenly locked the SIM card while trying it in another phone and then reinserted it into my [redacted] to obtain a PUK reset code from Orange. The first code given didn't work, but the second one seemed successful. However, after entering the security code, the phone prompted me to go through the PUK reset process again. I tried using the default security code of [redacted], but the SIM card remained blocked. I have now obtained a replacement SIM that works in other phones but appears blocked on my old [redacted]. I am looking to retrieve text messages and contact numbers stored on the old SIM. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Roy.

I reside in Australia and recently bought a Nokia 8.1 online from a reputable Australian website. Unfortunately, the phone's slippery back led to a screen breakage within 48 hours of receiving it. After two weeks, I found a skilled technician who repaired the screen without any issues. To prevent future damage, I purchased a phone case. However, six weeks later, despite using a soft vinyl flip case and keeping the phone in my pocket, it became severely bent, resulting in a more severe screen fracture. I am wondering if I can claim this under the manufacturer's warranty. Shouldn't the fragility of the phone have been more prominently disclosed to consumers? I feel it's essential to highlight the phone's slipperiness and lack of structural strength, which could impact future sales. These details should be clearly stated on the Nokia website to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite these issues, the operating system performs exceptionally well. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Oscar

I am Indarjeet, a Nokia 6.1 plus customer. I bought this phone approximately four months ago. Recently, the screen on one side turned black. I went to the service center on Lenin Sarani Road, but they refused to open my phone, assuming I had it checked elsewhere. Despite explaining about the warranty coverage, they insisted on a service fee of [redacted] if they were to check it. They mentioned the black screen could be due to pressure on the phone. I visited another Nokia service center where they found a liquid issue and asked for a service fee of [redacted]. This is the first time I have faced such problems with your company, and I am unsure what to do next. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Dear Sir, I encountered a charging problem with my Nokia 5.1 Plus phone after 3-4 months of purchase. Initially, it took 15-16 hours to charge and now it has completely stopped charging. I visited the Nokia Care Center in Sector 3, Rohini, New Delhi, and they informed me that the charging jack needs to be changed, which would cost Rs. [redacted]. Despite showing them the warranty bill, they claimed the issue was due to water damage. I found their service unsatisfactory as they took a long time to inspect my phone and did not provide a receipt for the complaint. I believe they might have tampered with my phone during the inspection process. I am disappointed with the service quality and lack of customer satisfaction at such a renowned company. I trust that the quality control team will address my complaint promptly. Sincerely, Santosh Rajput

Recently, my phone that I purchased less than a year ago suddenly stopped working, despite being fully charged. I am based in Hyderabad, India, and after visiting the Nokia service center, I was informed that the motherboard is damaged, requiring a two-week repair period. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to be without their phones for such an extended period, especially considering how essential phones have become in our daily lives. I am requesting either an immediate replacement or a refund from the company to address this issue promptly.

Good morning, I am Dr. Ibrahim Alomim from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I purchased a Nokia 7Plus mobile on April 19, [redacted], with the IMEI: [redacted][redacted]. Recently, I experienced static noise issues with the earpiece. I visited your agent in Riyadh, Axiom Care company, at phone number [redacted]66, and they claimed the earpiece needed replacement. However, they refused to service my phone under warranty, alleging tampering with the front hole without evidence. They are asking for [redacted].00 Saudi Riyals for the service, which I believe is unfair as the issue is a manufacturing defect. I request your assistance in resolving this matter and upholding Nokia's reputation by protecting consumers' rights. Thank you.

I purchased the Nokia 6.1 Plus in April, and for the first 1 to 1.5 months, it worked perfectly. However, it started having issues shortly after. After taking it to the Nokia care center, they updated the software, but the problems persisted. Upon returning to the center recently, they claimed water damage, which I find puzzling as I am certain it was not exposed to water or sweat. Now, they are recommending changing the charging port and display for around 5K. I have been a loyal Nokia customer for almost 2 years and trusted their products, so I am disappointed in how I am being treated. I am also confused about how water damage could occur internally without the phone being exposed to water.

Hello! I wanted to inform you that I lost my Nokia 8.1 yesterday in a crowded place. Someone took it from my pocket. I am seeking assistance in tracking my IMEI number to locate my phone. I have already locked it, making it difficult to unlock. My applications are all protected by Google. Despite my efforts to locate it through Google and Microsoft, I have been unsuccessful. Please reach out if you require my IMEI number. Thank you.

I’m experiencing the auto-restart issue with my Nokia 8 phone I purchased online a month ago. I sold my Oppo F11 to upgrade, hoping for a better device, but now it keeps restarting on its own. I attempted a hard reset to resolve it, but the problem worsened. I’m frustrated and upset. I’m just a high school student, and I convinced my mom to buy me this higher-end phone instead of celebrating my birthday, only to face this problem. I hope someone can help me with this situation.

I am experiencing an auto-restart issue with my Nokia 8, which I purchased online just a month ago to replace my Oppo F11. I never anticipated facing this problem, as I hoped for a smoother experience with a different device. Lately, the phone has been restarting randomly, and despite attempting a hard reset, the problem persists and has even worsened. As a high school student, I convinced my mother to buy me a high-end phone instead of celebrating my birthday, only to encounter this frustrating situation. I am deeply disappointed and upset by this unexpected turn of events. I hope someone can help me address this issue.

I purchased a Nokia 6.2 last year. Unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue with the phone call volume being very low, even when using earphones or the speaker at maximum volume. Despite the warranty still being valid, my attempts to contact the head office and customer service have been unsuccessful so far. I bought this phone for $[redacted], and it is frustrating not to receive the expected service within the first year, especially from a reputable company like Nokia, which I have trusted since my first phone.

I've been experiencing issues with the charging port of my Nokia 6.1 Plus for the past 15 days. On October 18th, I reached out to the Karol Bagh service center, but they didn't have the part in stock. They assured me they would notify me once it becomes available, but I haven't received any updates despite contacting them multiple times. The same situation occurred when I contacted the Tilak Nagar service center. It seems neither location has the charging port for the Nokia 6.1 Plus, leaving me waiting in frustration. I hope Nokia can improve their services by ensuring all necessary parts for their android phones are readily available at service centers to provide customers with efficient assistance. This would enhance the overall customer experience and encourage people to invest in Nokia products.

My sister purchased a Nokia P1 using Ackamans account last Friday. Since Saturday, I have been facing challenges with the phone. I chose Nokia because I believed it was the best, but now it seems like everything is wrong, and I regret my decision. Whenever I go online, the phone overheats, slows down, freezes, and sometimes the screen goes dark. There are issues with both the software and the physical phone. The battery life is unreliable, sometimes refusing to turn back on without repeatedly pressing the button. I decided to return it to the store because it seems incomplete. They informed me that they would send it back to Nokia for a month. I'm frustrated as to why they can't provide me with a replacement phone right away, especially since I bought it because I didn't have one. It's been four days of struggling with this Nokia!

Hello, I'm Prasuna from Andhra Pradesh. My Nokia 7.1 fell down and the screen glass got broken. I need to replace it and fix some internal issues such as screen blurring, sound problems, and hanging. The Nokia center nearby quoted a high cost of ₹[redacted] for the repairs, which is almost the price of a new phone. I am considering options as my friends suggest switching brands, but I still trust Nokia. Can you please assist me with this situation? Your prompt response is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I am looking for a flip cover for my Nokia 5.1 in Gwalior. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, or other websites. It seems like I made a mistake in purchasing this model since its accessories are not readily available. Some models get their parts discontinued after a while, causing inconvenience to customers. I request assistance in finding a flip cover for Nokia 5.1. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I have always bought Nokia cell phones for myself and my wife, a total of seven up to now. About a year ago, I got a Nokia 6.1 Android phone, but I have been experiencing poor reception indoors ever since. Interestingly, I never had this issue with my Nokia 640XL. It's hard for us to afford another phone since we are on fixed incomes. I was considering getting a booster for the house, but they are too expensive. I genuinely like using the Nokia 6.1, but the bad reception and dropped calls are frustrating. Sometimes I regret not sticking with my previous Nokia 640XL. I would really appreciate any help or advice you could provide. Thank you. Michael C.

I bought a NOKIA 3.2 from HYTEL PHONES AND TECHNOLOGIES LTD in Owerri, Imo State. The phone's packaging indicates the battery size as [redacted] mAh, but the phone actually has a [redacted] mAh battery. I am requesting a refund as I have lost trust in Nokia phones. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Ihuoma U.

I recently purchased a Nokia 1 Plus. The battery life only lasts for 24 hours. I returned the phone to the EE store, and they exchanged it for a new one. However, the replacement phone is experiencing the same issue, also lasting only 24 hours. My phone usage is minimal, primarily for texting and phone calls with just 50 minutes of screen time. Despite having disabled unnecessary ads and limited my usage, the battery life is still not as expected. Surprisingly, my husband's Nokia 1 lasts for at least 4 days on a single charge. I hope someone can assist me with this battery problem. Thank you, Elizabeth R.
