Recently logged on irs website and found I have ***.** dollars deposited in December of...

Recently logged on irs website and found I have ***.** dollars deposited in December of ****, almost a year ago. I no longer have any of this information about the address, phone number, or plastic id they won't give me my money. While on one call they told me if i could go get the id, I told them it would be paper and they said as long as i had a valid id they would take it and athorize me to remove the money at a branch. the paper id it would authorize me to get the money out. I did this today. First I drove *** miles to have a person tell me that the paper id wouldn't work. But that id is valid for the state of oklahoma but not valid for them. What???????? They were kind enough to give me...kind enough?? to give me my own money. *** dollars of *** dollars. Now i have to wait for the plastic to go back and get MY OWN money. I have the account number, * digit pin, code word so what else do they need?? And a VALID paper id for the state of oklahoma. I can answer any security question they may have. I was homeless a lot during do i have to embarrass myself and tell them my history. Do they want to know i was on drugs and remember...well that was me during that time and I am not going to shame myself for them...they need to. redo their policies and not shame client. No I can't remember any addressess I am sorry i do not remember. But i can answer others.....Never again will i be shamed by their policies.
