My cellphone keeps freezing, I went to my company service boost mobile and they said it's a factory problem, I need your help, it happened multiple times. We called the customer support one time and they fixed it, but it happened again and I'm asking for help.

GetHuman-mreynaan did not yet indicate what Motorola should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-mreynaan fixed the problem
I called costumer service and I was told to do the following things. I first held the turn on button and waited until it turned on. Then I went in to settings, selected apps and deleted the ones that I didn't really need nor used so long as they didn't help with the system or provider. As of now I would say that it's fixed but I won't know unless if the phone turns off by itself again.
