I recently subscribed to Xfinity and received the Motorola MG7550 modem/router. Initially, I had rented Xfinity's equipment and the service worked well for the first two weeks. However, upon switching to the Motorola router, I noticed that my speed is not meeting the expected levels. Despite troubleshooting efforts like multiple restarts, Xfinity support suggested that the issue might be with the modem/router itself. Therefore, they advised me to reach out to Motorola for assistance in identifying the cause of the slow speed and possibly making adjustments to resolve the issue. Regards, Linda

My first flip phone was a Motorola, which served me well until I switched to a smartphone. I have been a long-time Android user, starting with the original Motorola Droid. Over the years, I have owned three Motorola smartphones: the Bionic (had issues), the Motorola Z Force (good phone but battery wore out), and the Droid Ultra (good phone but battery wore out). I briefly switched to an LG Thin Q 7 but ended up returning to Motorola with the Motorola One 5G. Unfortunately, the camera quality is poor, and the screen cracked within a few months, even though I am not hard on my phones. This experience has left me disappointed with Motorola, so I have decided to switch to the dark side and get an Apple iPhone 13. I sent my old phone for an exchange under warranty because it wasn't charging properly. I faced difficulties mailing out the device; however, it was shipped on 2/7/22 and delivered on the 11th instead of the 9th due to FedEx delays. The return label was limited and provided by Motorola. Despite having proof of delivery, I received messages stating the phone hasn't been received. Additionally, I'm being asked to pay for a new screen and a $[redacted] hold fee. This is confusing me as my warranty claim was initiated before it expired.

I have two Motorola phones from Spectrum. I thought I had insurance through Spectrum, but they informed me that I have a year warranty for both phones through Motorola. I need to contact Motorola for information regarding the coverage of this warranty. Both phone screens are cracked, and I didn't notice at first because of the screen protectors. It took me a while to realize the damage, and my husband's phone has small pieces of the screen coming off, which can cause cuts. The damage on my phone is getting worse with every use. I want to know the details of my warranty coverage for both phones. I am open to swapping them out for refurbished phones or any solution to fix these problems. I'm not sure if anyone has experience with warranty inquiries, but I hope sharing this will help in finding a solution.

Due to the 5G upgrade, my Motorola One Zoom is not performing as expected. Consumer Cellular suggested I buy a new phone. Being on a fixed income, buying a new phone is a significant investment for me. I have always managed with low-cost or free phones, but decided to invest more in a phone given its importance today. Despite my age of 72, I recognize the importance of a cellphone in our lives. I purchased a new phone with more memory, intending to use it for years. After researching, I found older Motorola phones can be updated, so why not mine? I find it unacceptable to have a phone I cannot use. I have supported Motorola and expect support in return. Thank you, respectfully, Chris. I spoke with Amazon and received a refund for the phone I bought in October [redacted]. Next, I planned to address this issue with Motorola to my satisfaction.

I bought a MOTO G Power from Consumer Cellular last November. The phone had issues, and Motorola sent a replacement. Now, I've switched to Mint Mobile, but the phone is locked with the new SIM card. I need to address an issue with my Motorola ZX Pro 109cm (43-inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV. I bought it on 6th October [redacted] from Flipkart, and in January [redacted], the screen blacked out. Since then, my TV has not been functional. I contacted Motorola customer service to exchange the product, but they refused, claiming they no longer produce this model. They offered a refund, but insisted I return the item in its original packaging, which I discarded months ago. I am dissatisfied with Motorola's handling of this situation. I am experiencing issues with my old G5S phone's charging port, likely due to the micro USB being fragile on this model. Around August 10, [redacted], my Motorola G7 Power phone fell down concrete stairs. Although it was clearly damaged, it kept working for two weeks. By August 24, the case started to come apart. I tried to fix it with glue, but it caused the power button to stick, affecting the phone's operation. Realizing it was beyond repair, I ordered a new Motorola G Stylus 5G, which is on its way. Since my phone is now unusable, I'm reaching out via this message for a post-mortem data recovery on the Motorola G7 Power to save my Contacts, Text Messages, and Browser Bookmarks before they are lost. I anticipate that the files on the 32GB micro-SDHC card can be restored easily. Unfortunately, the Contacts app I used did not have a backup option.

Our Motorola Hyper One phone keeps making constant audible notifications because the cellular service is inconsistent, happening as often as every 5 minutes. Strangely, we don't get notifications for incoming texts. We attempted troubleshooting methods found online, but our phone model doesn't match the suggested solutions. Turning airplane mode on and off didn't work either. Even after seeking assistance from T-mobile, the issue remains unresolved, and it's becoming frustrating for us. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly welcomed.

I lost my Motorola G20 pink Flamingo cell phone with its clear protector on Friday, December 9, [redacted]. I'm having trouble with my Motorola G Pure phone. I am unable to receive or answer calls easily. My text messages are not going through to recipients. My Motorola G40 Fusion is experiencing troubles reading sim cards and connecting to wifi. Whenever I try to toggle the wifi button, the phone malfunctions and becomes unresponsive to touch. I purchased a Moto G Stylus [redacted] a few months ago, and I've been experiencing a lot of issues with it. Despite my calls to your customer service for assistance, the phone still isn't functioning properly. 1. It doesn't automatically connect to my car; I have to manually pair it every time. 2. The battery is draining within 6-8 hours at most. 3. The phone's side gets extremely hot.
