I called in and was put on hold with security for over an hour. I reported my card lost with unauthorized charges and they blocked it and said they would send me another one. Well it has been at least three to four months and I have not received it. I have been making payments but can not use my card! I would like for you to send me a new card. I refuse to call back and stay on hold for an hour and then the phone just hangs up!
