I was approved for a credit card through you back in November of ****. I never received the card so I called and they said they had sent it to my old address at *** benham Street, Bonne Terre, Missouri so I let them know my current address and I still have not received that card so I called in today because I keep getting bills saying my payment was due and the representative said I need to pay my bill before she can even do anything and then hung up on me. I am beyond frustrated.
