I believe I am experiencing discrimination at McDonald’s store [redacted] by the supervisor, Ricardo. He sent me home without cause and was disrespectful while cleaning dust from the ceiling. He slung dust over my head without warning or politeness, making me feel uncomfortable. Today, when I used the restroom, Ricardo instructed the manager to send me home suddenly. He frequently visits the store to nitpick and create problems, making me uneasy with his constant surveillance and unnecessary complaints. Yesterday morning, I called customer service about an issue with the McDelivery service through the app. Despite having successfully ordered McDonald's delivery to my home before, the app suddenly stated it doesn't deliver to my area when I tried to redeem a reward. The representative mentioned a tech department follow-up via email, which I never received. Even after reinstalling the app as suggested, the problem persists. I visited a McDonald's in Coshocton, Ohio, at 8:20 am on 5/26/[redacted] to use my expiring reward points through the app. The cashier couldn't redeem them, so another employee took my order but couldn't make the code work. We experienced a short drive-through wait, paid for our food, parked as instructed, and waited for 20 minutes without receiving our order while others around us got served promptly. The staff was unapologetic and even chastised us for following their directions. It was one of the worst fast food experiences we've had, despite rarely complaining. We finally got our incomplete order after 30 minutes instead of the usual quick service. I've tried to complain through other channels, but only received a generic acknowledgment. I doubt this issue will be resolved satisfactorily, but I plan to share this disappointing experience widely to ensure it's addressed.

On June 13, [redacted], around 11:15 am, I visited McDonald's on Elles Road in Invercargill. I ordered a McChicken with cheese combo, but received a different burger. The lady who served me, seemingly a manager based on her different shirt, admitted the mistake without offering an apology. When I politely asked her to correct the order, she rudely refused and gestured with her middle finger. The encounter left me feeling upset and disappointed with the poor customer service standards at this McDonald's location. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this unacceptable behavior.

On Saturday, 11/06/22, I placed an order for my sons at McDonald's on Ballads Road in Dagenham, Essex. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived even though it showed as delivered on my mobile. After contacting the restaurant, they provided me with an Uber number, but Uber claimed they did not recognize my phone number and that I was not their customer. The restaurant mentioned that Uber was responsible since they collected the order, but their head office advised me to file a complaint on the app. Following their instructions, I supplied more information and proof of purchase through email on Sunday, 12/06/22. Today, Monday 13/06/22, I received a response asking me to contact Uber. This is frustrating as I used the McDonald's app to order and paid McDonald's per my bank statement. I have no dealings with Uber, and McDonald's should handle the refund and communication with Uber. I'm seeking assistance with this issue. Thank you, Victor

My wife and I visited a McDonald's on Bardstown Road and received the wrong order while in the Drive-Thru. I informed the employee at the window, who returned with another staff member who had difficulty understanding our issue. Their attitude was poor, and they rectified the order only after some confusion. Despite having the receipt, they initially refused to provide missing hash browns, making my pregnant wife go inside to sort it out. The service was rude and unprofessional. Good morning McDonald's team, I visited the McDonald's at Petronas KLIA DT this morning on 6/7/[redacted] for breakfast. Unfortunately, there were numerous flies inside the restaurant. I even took a video to demonstrate the issue. I am unsure how to share it with you, but it is crucial for you to see it so you understand why proper cleaning is essential. While trying to eat, I had to constantly shoo the flies away with my hands, which was very unpleasant. In the past three visits to McDonald's, the service was friendly, but the food quality was lacking. Despite spending between $40-$55, the food was either cold, undercooked, overcooked, or hard. Even the fries were raw or too hard to enjoy, leading to most of the food being given to the dogs. Despite the correct drinks, the food was disappointing, with items like the spicy crispy chicken sandwich being inedible due to being hard and stale. Reheating was necessary, and the proximity to the restaurant should have kept the food warm. There is frustration as this experience contrasts with previous positive experiences. Contacting the corporate office is a consideration, but the email address is not readily available. The issue occurred over a span of two months, and while receipts are kept for the most recent purchase, the previous ones are missing. Ordering through the mobile app, there should be a record of past orders that can be accessed.

On July 16th, at 10:00, I visited the drive-thru on Perry Parkway like I usually do every morning. I ordered a breakfast biscuit and a large caramel frappe. Despite consistently receiving a frappe that's nearly two inches below the top of the cup, which seems more like a medium than a large, I raised this concern with the manager. I recently detailed my experience in [redacted] words but lost it due to a phone call interruption. I placed an order for a plain burger with extra bacon, a mayo chicken with extra mayo, and medium fries, promised by 10:45. By 11:00, it hadn't arrived. After calling three times, the food finally showed up at 11:10, but it was cold and incorrect. Despite complaining, they insisted I contact Uber. Confusion ensued when dealing with Uber, leaving my 9-year-old and myself without food. The mix-up included receiving a double cheeseburger, a loaded burger, a mayo-soaked chicken burger, and medium fries instead. I tried to resolve the issue with Bosworth Drive Chelmsley Wood's order, collect number OF385, and takeout order [redacted], but to no avail despite spending over an hour on the phone with Uber and McDonald’s. As a senior on a fixed income, I cannot afford such mistakes.

I placed an order on Uber Eats, but 4 items were missing from my $50 order. I am very upset about this as I couldn't reach the store by phone, and I am dissatisfied with the service. The missing items are: - 2 garden salads - 2 balsamic dressings - 2 sets of cutlery - 2 McChicken sauces I would like these missing items to be replaced. Additionally, I expect extra compensation for the inconvenience caused and the time wasted trying to address this issue. This negative experience has soured what was supposed to be a stress-free meal at home. I am incredibly frustrated by this situation and disappointed in the service provided.

I recently visited a McDonald's location and encountered an issue with redeeming my deals from the app. The worker informed me that the code could not be used after 2 pm, which surprised me as I had never experienced this restriction at other McDonald's before. My mother absolutely loves the "McDonald's Chocolate Shake WITH whipped cream," so I make it a point to bring her a milkshake whenever I visit. These problems seem to happen frequently, and the staff often appear confused, inattentive, or disorganized. In a recent visit, I noticed an employee named Michael who appeared quite unkempt with a dirty uniform and I was concerned about potential contamination. As a loyal McDonald's customer, I believe this store requires significant improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the customer experience. I visited McDonald's on August 11, [redacted], at 7:12 pm. The McDonald's store located at [redacted] Warden Road in Sherwood, AR [redacted] (store number [redacted]) has not had an ice cream machine for at least three weeks. When I asked to speak to the manager, he mentioned they are waiting for a delivery from their service provider, but could not provide the name of the company or any information about the status or estimated time of arrival. This has happened four times now, and I have decided not to order if the ice cream machine is not working. It seems like a recurring issue across multiple stores, and there should be a project manager assigned to fix this ongoing problem and restore good customer service. Now, I always inquire about the ice cream machine status before ordering at any McDonald's location to avoid disappointment.
