Button on the web site to nothing and I am advised - You are not entitled to self-refunds under the Fair Consumer Contracts Act (FCCA).Please call customer support at **** *** **** for additional assistance. Although they also 'say' **-day money back guarantee**If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll be more than happy to give you a prompt and courteous refund.**So how best to proceed.**Thanks in advance

Thanks .. I used Twitter to draw someones attention to my problem and they gave me a phone number which I had used previously. This number in the past had not been manned by a person and only gave me a balance? I have now cancelled my subscription and awaiting a refund into my bank .. thank you
