I have used several platforms in the past, some of which are now inactive, so I am unsure where the ban originated from. I need to report a concerning incident from yesterday involving someone claiming to be from match.com. I received a call from an individual who identified themselves as a representative from match.com. When I called back, I realized it was an individual of Arab descent. This person attempted to persuade me to download a remote access tool called AnyDesk to gain control of my phone. I suspect this person is intercepting calls under the guise of match.com, as whenever they answer the phone, they use that name. The contact number used is [redacted]. I want to alert customer service to this scam to protect other users from falling victim, as this individual has already caused issues with my phone.

I connected with a person named David on your site. After several conversations, I shared my phone number with him last Friday. However, since then, his profile and all our conversations have vanished. I suspect this may be a scam, with someone using fake identities to communicate with me. Please investigate this matter as it has left me feeling uneasy about interacting with other users on the website.

I've been struggling to resolve issues with my Match account, and it's been frustrating. I attempted to log in without success and didn't receive the password reset email. Despite suspending my account, charges are still being deducted from my bank. I'm now looking to cancel my account and stop the direct debits. I recently registered a new profile on match.com, providing my payment information. However, I am unable to access my account due to repeated messages stating that my account details are incorrect. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, no reset link has been received through email or in my spam folder. I have also mentioned a previous account under the name Firenze Fire. I was a member about four years ago and met a wonderful lady whom I ended up living with within five days. Unfortunately, she has recently passed away. I am interested in rejoining and would like to access my profile to proceed with that. The three-plus years we spent together were the best relationship of my life. I believe I may have changed my email address since then due to moving, but I still reside in Newport Beach, California. Additionally, as a senior, I was also a part of "Our Time."

I seem to have two accounts on your "match.com" platform. I have two paid subscriptions, both dated back to November 25, [redacted]: 1. Subscription for $30 and some cents. 2. Another subscription for the Christmas period. There is also an account linked to my Visa. A payment of $70 and some cents was charged on the same date, around November 25, [redacted]. Both payments have been processed by "match.com," but I am currently unable to access my account on the website. Kindly arrange for a refund of the total amount paid so far and proceed to delete my profile entirely. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I anticipate the reimbursement to be credited back to my Visa account at your earliest convenience.

I cannot remember the fictitious date of birth I used. If you cannot resolve the issue of my blocked membership, please refund the money from both accounts as of December 14, [redacted]. Hello, I subscribed to your premium services some time ago, but I canceled it later on. Despite this, I am still being charged. I was in the middle of my boost, which I paid for, when suddenly the computer locked me out of the Match website. I tried to log in again but kept receiving error messages. I attempted to contact customer support via email, but I have yet to receive a response. I am confused about what is happening. I am unable to call because nobody is answering, even though I just recently paid for my subscription. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating: "Sorry! This phone number cannot be verified. Please call us at 1-[redacted]-92-MATCH (1-[redacted])." Please help me as soon as possible.

I feel like Match is rushing me through different membership options, making it harder to see likes and messages. With the one-month membership, I used to have access to everything, but now I have to upgrade to a 3 to 6-month plan just to get the same features. I used to enjoy with the one-month membership. I believe I could still have those features without paying for a membership. I canceled my subscription right away and I am asking for a refund for the one-month membership I just paid for. It's just not the same anymore, and it seems like they want more money for the same services.

I am frustrated by my experience with Match.com. After being a member for months, I upgraded to a Premium account tonight, only to realize chatting required an additional $9.99 fee. Trying to cancel, I faced a 32-minute wait or a $46.00 annual fee for quicker service. I subscribed to Match.com on December 6, [redacted], but it is showing as December 3, [redacted]. My account was successfully set up, and I receive daily selections. However, when I tried to navigate the site, I realized that Affinity had subscribed me and canceled my access to Match.com. I contacted Affinity multiple times to remove this subscription and reinstate my access to Match.com. I have not received any emails since December 12, [redacted]. Affinity mentioned that only Match.com can resolve this issue. Despite reaching out to Match.com multiple times, I have not received a response. I even had Samsung check my browser three times, but the issue persists with Match.com. I can only see likes through my old email. I am not getting any messages or value from the service and feel frustrated. It is pointless to pay for a service I cannot use. I was asked to pay $5 for tech support, which seems unfair as I am losing out on the subscription fee I paid, which is non-refundable. I just want to use the service I paid for and navigate the site to find a suitable date.
