Trying to confirm whether or not my MasterCard Enhanced Trip Cancellation*Interruption program will cover the cost of my original tickets should the grace period expire. Previously submitted claim and received response that the insurance company MAY make payment. Need to know if they WILL make payment. Claim number *********. Still unable to fly because of original back injury, and want to make sure I don't lose the money I paid for the original tickets.
