Change my payment method. When I try online, I am told I have to call. When I call, I am told I have to be transferred, but that I can’t be transferred due to a technical problem. You then hang up. This has happened multiple days. You are trying to debit money from a closed account so I need to give you a card number. I am SOOOOO frustrated. This has been going on for several months.
