I was scheduled to take the GMAT exam on July **th at *:** but I didn't have my ID so the administrator wouldn't let me test at that time. Is it possible to get a refund for my exam? My exam says incomplete. I tried to reschedule but the system thinks that I've taken the test and said that I must wait ** days before making another appointment. Is there a way that you can reset the system to allow me to take the GMAT Test without an additional cost since I already paid for the first attempt?
