Got a ride on June *th ****. It was to be about $*.** fair. The address I put in I have never been to. When heading south the driver drove right passed it. His phone said the drop off was on the left. However, it was on the right. He had to drive down the road and make a u-turn. He headed back that direction. I didn't know where it was. He just dropped me off on the side of the road. Then found where I was to get dropped off while walking. I got charged about an extra dollar for his mistake. I wanted to dispute it. Answering pre-written questions was the only way. The said that was the right fair because that's where I got dropped off. That was the ***** up by the driver.
