GET THE PROMO CODE AS PROMISED FROM LG ... SUPPOSED TO GET PROMO CODE FOR FREE SUBSCRIPTION TO SLING TV WITH PURCHASE OF LG OLEDC* **” TV ON ********** FROM COSTCO. NEVER RECEIVED PROMO CODE. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO LG.*LG NEEDS TO PROVIDE PROMO CODE.

This has been especially frustrating because there is no real, working way to contact them. The promotions link is dead* LG Chat is not working, phone numbers and email are unavailable for mechanical or technical reasons, LG Customer service Phone * was answered and I was passed on from one representative to another. The *rd agent either hung or was disconnected. Beyond frustrated.

This could be resolved if I received the Sling TV promo code and it actually worked.

I am a new LG customer and paid for a **** high end LG TV. The shoddy experience has made me question the competence of LG and is making me question my purchase.

Tried to work with Costco Concierge (Bought TV through Costco) who contacted an LG employee who provided a promotions link (not active anymore) and a phone number for Sling TV (Sling TV agent I needed to have a Promo Code from LG. Hellish loop of incompetence and no follow through on the part of LG.
