I went to KFC restaurant on upper James Street in Hamilton Ontario. I ordered a ** piece meal dinner with three sides I spent $**. When I drove home which was a ** minute drive back to Hagersville where I live, I opened up my dinner realizing I only had ** pieces of chicken no french fries and three sides. I then called the restaurant to give them my complaint that I had no french fries and four pieces of chicken missing they took down my name and said I was able to come back and get a free **-piece meal. Approximately * weeks later I decided to drive to Hamilton to pick up my ** piece dinner which was on black Friday. I went in and explained to the lady what had happened and how they owed me a ** piece dinner. She spoke to another lady and then came back to me and said I would have to wait ** to ** minutes to an hour before it would be ready. I then thought to myself if I ordered this at the drive-thru would I be waiting an hour no so I called the lady back over and asked her what the problem was and I also pointed out to her that she hadn't asked me what three side orders I wanted. She went back she went back to the kitchen spoke to the people I seen them looking through a book and then I heard one of them say will give her four pieces of chicken and her fries and that's all she's getting. I then told them that they could keep their fries and chicken and walked out of the store very upset. The girl was very rude and ignorant and I will never go back there again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody else. My feelings were hurt and I wasted a half a tank of gas getting there for nothing.
