Hello, I just want to make a complaint about the service of KFC Branch at Mall of Asia. Last thursday (November **, ****), my friend ordered a meal B* but they only give us an incomplete meal which is without mashed potato and soup. I was about to complain but she refused due to the poor service of the crew (the one who were calling the number and giving our order). The girl which I think she had an attitude toward the customers. I also experienced it when I'm about to request an extra plate but she quickly left and snobbed me while I'm talking. This is already the second time we experienced an unsatisfying service of the crew. We also experienced it last year, same month and same crew. I am hoping for the resolution of this. Wishing that the other customers did not experience this kind of service as well. I also dine-in at other KFC Branches but only at MOA have that kind of poor service. Thank you.
