I placed an order for pickup. It stated it would be ready for pick up at *pm. I arrived right on time and was told they had no chicken. I had to wait ** minutes past my pickup time for them to cook chicken. I took my order home to find out I was missing items and the chicken was burnt and had a foul odor coming from it. I returned to the store to speak to the manager that was very nasty and refused to help me or even listen to my problem. She said she could not help me and ran to the back of the store. She is very nasty and unprofessional. I would like my money back. I left the food on the counter and returned home again to contact customer service.
