Went to store, about our * yr bed frame breaking in * places. A SPLIT set box springs.**Met with first contact, about , if we moved furniture, and if we didnt buy the frame suggested.*Impression, you did something, not covered ...lets see how to not help you.*Ive been in retail **plus years.**Tune changed when we told said person, we bought complete set * yrs ago, including frame down to pillows.**Second person. Told to go home, call customer service directly, explain again, heres receipt, at least that was helpful, they will want pictures.**We are home, call, first exoerience customer servicewise, terrible, blame first, deny, redirect.**Next , now the call, even more reasons, why the bed slats breaking would be wear and tear, on a **yr warrenty bed, in *..yes.... * yrs. .!**More excuses, and , the I am not interested in our customer care scituation, tough luck, send me photos, if ots not a knot in slats, well then, its not covered.**What is actually in your warrenty, we are not supposed to sleep on a bed at night once we have bought said bed from you???!!!**Heres my take away, furst ot was, why biy warrenty, theres so many loopholes, and by ** yr warrenty we mean less than that *yrs...**Too, are you kidding me, we have bought at least * different plus more furniture pieces from you, three slats let go at knots in your wood, and a grain seam, and if they hadnt, tough luck.**Conclusion, even if the almighty customer service rep replaces the *yr, ** year warrenty split box springs, your total customer service, from after you buy a peice and leave the store is horrific to say the least!**Now they are requesting frame picture.**I wish it was to make sure the customers from * yrs ago, all are safe with three large shards of wood that can penetrate the mattress. Are set, if the wood chosen was low grade with fracture grain lines, and knots...but unfortunately it isnt, its terrible custoner service trying to not replace damaged pieces feom normal wear and tear under half the furnitures lifetime...wow, im disgusted at this point.**One rule I kept within Nordstrom, Macys, and Chanel with my co workers, my team and my customers,(guests) thats from working with disney...that they are satified completely thru the entire experience. You have severely failed in that mission, and as I was taught, one unsatified customer, can quickly spread, fast in social media, about warranties, and only excellent customer service, if your buying at (pos), point if sale.**No longer a satified nor interested purchaser, of your fine furniture, and warrantied items.
