I have been enrolled in an auto-pay program for approximately 2 years. Despite infrequent usage, I am now encountering a message stating my account is blocked when I attempt to log in. I have maintained a clean record both on and off the site, which leaves me puzzled as to why this issue has arisen. I suspect my account may have been compromised or hacked. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to report this problem through the support options available on the site. I have identified three potential phone numbers to seek assistance independently, but my preference would be to receive direct support without being transferred between multiple representatives. I have noticed an unauthorized charge of $12.71 on my credit card from Hulu. I do not recall signing up for their service, and I attempted to cancel via their website but encountered issues logging in and resetting my password. Despite providing my credit card details for account recovery, Hulu could not locate my account. I have been waiting on hold with their customer service for 20 minutes. I need to cancel my Hulu account as we no longer use our Roku TVs. Our items, including the TVs, are in storage due to a recent move. Please cancel the account immediately. The charge on my bank statement is #[redacted][redacted] under the name Waters. The account was set up by my daughter using [redacted], but I was making the payments from my debit card ending in #[redacted]. I attempted to cancel before but was charged $65.05 on 9/27. I am very upset to discover that my 13-year-old has been using my card for various subscriptions without my knowledge. He has been grounded from TV for three months, so I doubt he has even been able to enjoy these services. The subscriptions have been affecting my disability check, causing significant financial strain. I urgently need help removing these services from my card and obtaining a full refund. I am curious about why Hulu has stopped streaming CBS live. I signed up to access certain networks live, and I find it frustrating when Hulu removes access to networks without notice. It's disappointing to be charged more while losing access to popular networks like CBS. Removing access to such a widely watched network affects customers who enjoy their favorite shows. This action lacks transparency and honesty, which is disheartening for customers like me.

Channel 3 NBC in Las Vegas, NV [redacted] has been out of service all day today, Sunday, Oct 17, [redacted]. As a HuLu Live subscriber paying $64.99 a month, I've encountered sound issues on certain channels where the sound intermittently goes off and on, necessitating me to exit and re-enter the channel to resolve it. Moreover, while watching programs, sporting events, or news, the picture sometimes freezes for about 10 to 20 seconds before resuming normal functioning. Despite clearing the cache, force-stopping the app, and rebooting my Firestick TV, the problem persists, affecting my viewing experience for months now. When attempting to seek help on the Hulu website by logging into my account on my laptop, I repeatedly encountered a "Single Sign-On Error" message on the hulu.com/help page, preventing me from accessing assistance. Unlike the issues experienced with the paid Hulu Live service, the free Live and movie apps do not present these challenges. Hello, I recently signed up for Hulu Plus to access Disney content, among others. Unfortunately, I've been unable to log into my account and continue to be charged $15 monthly. To watch Hulu, I had to create a new account, incurring an additional $7 charge each month. It seems I have three accounts linked to different email addresses, including one possibly that shares an email. Is it possible to consolidate or cancel these accounts under my name, Bianca J.? I am having trouble accessing my account. When attempting to log in, I receive a message stating that my login is blocked. Additionally, I have noticed an unfamiliar charge for an add-on I did not purchase. Furthermore, I am limited to using Hulu only on devices where I was previously signed in. When I tried the "forgot email" option and entered the last four digits of the card on file (even though I pay through PayPal), it indicated that the information did not exist. Similarly, when trying to reset the password, I received a message saying that my account does not exist. I have not received any password reset emails from Hulu either.

I have recently noticed recurring charges on my bank statement from Hulu and Disney, despite cancelling my account three months ago due to losing my phone. I have been unable to watch any TV as I have not had access to my phone. I called customer service and spoke with a representative who was unhelpful and rude, even pretending not to hear me at times. I am dissatisfied with the treatment I received and feel that being charged for a service I cannot use is unjust. I was told I would only be reimbursed a small amount, which I believe is unfair considering the significant charges of $[redacted] and $[redacted] taken from my account without authorization. On November 5th, I attempted to downgrade my Hulu membership from $70/month to the $12.99/month plan without streaming. I couldn't proceed without updating my credit card information first. I hesitated since I knew I would be charged $70 if I updated my card around my billing date. After confirming my new payment details, I finally made the membership change. A few days later, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged both the $70 and the new membership fee. I believe the $70 charge was erroneous since I made the change before the usual payment date and request a refund for this error.

I am unable to access my email account at [redacted] as I have forgotten the password. After updating my billing information due to a new card, I was charged successfully. However, when attempting to reset my password, the system claims my email is invalid. In the case of trying to create a new profile, it states the email is already in use, recognizing me as a current member. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will need to cancel my subscription. I am frustrated to learn that a Hulu and Spotify bundle is available at a lower cost than what I currently pay for Hulu alone, yet this bundle is restricted to students. It seems unreasonable not to offer similar pricing to regular consumers. Please assist me in either resetting my password or gaining access with the existing password, considering my email is verified, and the updated credit card has been charged.

I share my Hulu account with my parents, and recently it kept switching to the live TV subscription without our intention. At first, I thought it was my mom accidentally changing it, but then I started receiving alerts saying I was not at home, which seemed odd. Assuming my parents were behind it, I brushed it off, thinking Hulu was restricting shared accounts. However, when my Dad mentioned an $80 charge from Hulu, we were all puzzled as none of us had watched anything on Hulu at that cost. This made me realize that our account might have been hacked. I've been trying to downgrade to the basic plan with no ads, but the $80 charge doesn't align with that.

I am experiencing an issue while watching a show on Hulu. The screen freezes while the audio continues, then stops completely. This problem occurs randomly throughout the day. Despite having good internet connection, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Hulu, exited and returned, and force stopped the app without success. This has been happening for a month and seems to be worsening. All other TV apps work fine. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the imbalance between the volume levels of the shows and commercials on Hulu! I am forced to raise the TV volume significantly higher than usual just to hear the show, only to lower it during commercials or mute the TV because the commercials are louder than the show. As this problem has persisted since the beginning of Hulu, I am contemplating canceling my subscription if this issue is not addressed. It appears that there are no efforts being made to resolve this issue after years of persistence.

Hello, I believe someone is using my email address fraudulently to create a Hulu account. The person's name is Laura Tabor, and my email is [redacted] I have already changed my email password, and I am considering deleting the account to resolve the issue, although this may take some time. I am concerned that the individual might be using other false information, possibly credit card details. I suspect unauthorized access to my account as the email was changed to one I don't recognize. This hinders me from changing my password since emails go to the hacker's account. My name is Mike Devlin, born in January [redacted]. The last 4 digits of my card used for autopay are [redacted] or [redacted]. The new email linked is [redacted], whereas the correct emails were [redacted] or possibly [redacted] I visited to cancel my subscription as another household member started a separate Hulu account, rendering ours unnecessary. I'm LaKiva Robinson and I'm a loyal Hulu subscriber. Lately, I've been experiencing a frustrating glitch where my shows freeze every other minute before resuming. I have been struggling to cancel my Hulu account for months. Each time I try to do so on Hulu’s website, it prompts me to resubscribe. I noticed that $6.99 is being deducted twice from my PayPal on the same date, once for Hulu and once for Roku. Roku claims both charges are for my Hulu subscription from both accounts, and only Hulu can cancel it. Please cancel all subscriptions linked to [redacted] or username PJK424 promptly. On 11/16/21, I canceled my subscription due to a tight budget. Although I didn't receive a confirmation email, a message on the screen confirmed the cancellation. On 11/6/21, Hulu withdrew funds from my account without authorization, resulting in an overdraft fee. I couldn't log in to reconfirm and remove my card, as my email wasn't recognized. Despite providing some information to locate my account, I still couldn't reset my password, causing frustration. I've informed my bank about the situation and would appreciate a refund for the overdraft fees incurred.
