I purchased a Groupon from Spot Shock for carpet cleaning in 4 rooms and a sofa. They were scheduled to arrive at 10am today. At 9:16, the merchant messaged me on Facebook that they were on the way. However, at 9:45, they messaged that they had come and gone without actually showing up. I tried contacting them to come back, but they did not respond to messages or calls. When they eventually replied at 10:30, they stated they don't handle Groupon refunds and blocked me on Facebook. I paid $[redacted] and would like a full refund. I have been trying to reach you by phone, but have not received a response, which is concerning for your business. The issue I encountered was while browsing your products, I placed two tennis bracelets and two arithmetic counters in my cart. However, a perfume was added to my order that I did not select. The purchase went through without my confirmation, and the payment was deducted from one of my cards, but I am unsure which one. I did not receive a purchase confirmation or invoice for the items. I am eager to know when the remaining items will be shipped. I request that my card details be removed from your system, as I prefer to choose the card for each transaction. I bought a Groupon for TL Nails salon and scheduled an appointment for October 16 at 9:30 am. Upon arrival, I found three people waiting and was informed by the owner that my appointment didn't exist. Despite showing her the Groupon proof, she claimed to have left a voicemail two days prior to reschedule, which I never received. I was asked to wait an hour, but it was not possible, so I reached out to Groupon for assistance. Although I shared my situation, no one has followed up. Checking the Groupon, it falsely shows as used. I am seeking a refund or resolution for this unredeemed service. Thank you for your attention.

Hello! My voucher number is: 445K788255. I would like to inquire if there is a possibility to still redeem this. During the 2nd lockdown, we were very frightened of contracting COVID-19, as my grandparents live with us and we didn't want to put them at risk. Unfortunately, we got COVID-19 in December and March and had to quarantine for 2 weeks in December and 5 weeks in March. We were looking forward to using the voucher, but after getting COVID-19 in March, we struggled with long-COVID symptoms and were not mentally or physically capable of attending the photo shoot at times. I recently placed two orders, numbered [redacted]25 and [redacted]19, but they were sent to my previous delivery address by mistake. I wanted the items to be delivered to Darwin/NT, while the delivery address should have been my account address at 32/2 Serventy Street, Wright, Canberra. I tried to contact Groupon regarding this issue, but was unsuccessful in reaching them. I need assistance in changing the delivery address back to 32/2 Serventy Street, Wright, Canberra, as the order has already been shipped to my previous address along with my old bank details without additional security measures which I find concerning. I am a resident of Mexico who annually visits Las Vegas for a vacation. I purchased a Groupon for a facial treatment at the Aveda Institute (Groupon [redacted]) and another one for a massage at CCUE Spa (Groupon # [redacted]) to enjoy during our trip. Unfortunately, upon arriving in the USA, I fell ill with a runny nose and cough, making it impossible for me to utilize the Groupons. Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, I couldn't have my face uncovered for the facial and lying flat for the massage was uncomfortable with my symptoms. Now that I have returned to Mexico, I will be unable to use these vouchers before they expire. I kindly request a refund for both Groupons under these circumstances. I look forward to purchasing more Groupons for our next Las Vegas holiday in the fall.

Despite paying $[redacted].87, well above the Groupon rate, I faced significant issues during my family photoshoot. With both my children present, including one in a wheelchair, we experienced long delays before starting. Unfortunately, she selected a location without wheelchair accessibility, causing more distress. I made an accidental purchase on Groupon and they are refusing to give me a refund, offering a voucher instead which I don't want. I'd like to receive my money back for the recent order I made. It's frustrating that they are withholding funds without reason. The current situation with Covid has made money tight, and this experience has been very disappointing. If I'm unable to get a refund, I will have to reconsider using Groupon in the future and will warn others to be cautious.

I attempted to buy one airsoft voucher through Groupon, my first-time experience with the platform and going airsofting. I used my mom's debit card, clicked purchase, but didn't receive a voucher or a confirmation email, so I assumed the transaction failed. Consequently, I unintentionally purchased two more vouchers for the same activity, unaware that they were all successful. The confirmation emails arrived at 4:33 AM, disclosing that I accidentally bought three vouchers. I possess screenshots of the confirmation codes for verification. I urgently require a refund since it was my mom's debit card used for the purchases.

I bought the Velocity driving experience item #[redacted] on 7/15/21. I canceled it on 7/16/21 and was informed that the refund would go back to the card I used. However, on 7/19/21, the refund was credited to my Groupon account, which was not what I was told initially. I have no need for this and believed the matter was settled. Now, I see that the charge is still on my credit card for a service I canceled and do not wish to keep. I do not want the Groupon account and would like to remove the purchase from my credit card. How can I resolve this issue?

Order Number: [redacted]91 I received my order today, but unfortunately, it was not the item I had expected. I ordered a "mickey earring/pendant," yet I received a pair of diamond studs instead. These were meant to be a Christmas gift, so I am disappointed with this mix-up. I would like a refund or to receive the correct item as soon as possible. I find it bewildering why the wrong product was sent, and I feel let down by the misleading description. I recently encountered issues trying to rectify multiple bookings mistakenly made for the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel BW Signature Collection through Groupon. I'm disappointed with being prompted to pay to speak to an expert to resolve the situation. These errors are frustrating, and I would appreciate immediate assistance in canceling the duplicate bookings. Despite the website showing the repeated bookings with a 40 error preventing cancellation, I did not initiate these duplicates. Today, I had a 12 p.m. appointment at Beau Spa in Davie, Florida, which I booked using a Groupon for a Botox hair relaxer treatment that cost $[redacted].75. Dear Groupon Team, Today, when I tried to make a phone reservation for Sunday lunch at the Beletage restaurant, I was informed that all seats are already booked and reservations are no longer available. The lady on the phone mentioned that the sale stop for the vouchers had been reported to you a while ago but has not been processed yet. I would like to return my voucher and receive a refund through Paypal, the payment method used during purchase. I've already informed the other staff member about my recent experience at DoubleTree in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon arrival, my reservation for a room with 2 double beds was unavailable, and I was offered a room with a king-size bed instead. After a fruitless search for alternative accommodations due to the hotel being fully booked, we reluctantly accepted a room with a king-size bed for four people. However, we were then provided with an already occupied room with a double bed, leading to more confusion and frustration. Eventually, we were given a room with 2 double beds after a series of back-and-forth trips between the lobby and the room. The entire ordeal was a complete nightmare from the moment we checked in until we were finally settled.

I am disappointed with the experience I had with Groupon's customer service. I bought two boat tour tickets, only to find out they were $8 cheaper per ticket on the company's website. I did not expect Groupon's price to be higher than the actual price, as Groupon is known for discounts. Feeling cheated, I contacted customer service, only to be told prices change, and they could not help. This encounter has made me see Groupon in a negative light, and I won't use their services again. I requested a $16 refund for the price difference, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to the website.

Hello, We received a Groupon voucher last Christmas ([redacted]) for a Helicopter flight, but unfortunately, due to my husband being on the Covid19 Shielding List, we have avoided crowded places throughout the year to protect him. With Cheltenham having recently high Covid rates and now decreasing, we have both been fully vaccinated and feel ready to embrace more activities. When we tried to book the helicopter flight, we discovered the voucher had expired on 31st October [redacted], just 11 days ago.
