I was mistakenly charged for a car ailment three times when I only needed to be charged once, resulting in an overcharge of $62. I would like a refund for the extra charges totaling $62. Additionally, I have been trying to extend my PrinterPix deadline due to technical issues with my computer, and I have not received a response. If possible, I would like an extension until the end of June as my deadline was supposed to expire yesterday. Thank you.

I recently spoke with a merchant on the phone who informed me that she cannot provide the service I purchased, a keratin treatment and haircut, due to being unable to work with "black hair". She mentioned this after directing me to view the voucher on Groupon. As a result, I am unable to use my $88 voucher. I am seeking assistance in exchanging this voucher. I have found another hairdresser who is capable and willing to perform the service. On May 30, I bought a $30 Groupon for Pizzeria Due located at [redacted] N Wabash Avenue in Chicago, IL. When I tried to redeem it on June 9th, I discovered the restaurant is closed indefinitely. I then tried to use it at Pizzeria Uno, but they refused to honor the Groupon. I am requesting a refund of the $30, or I will contact my credit card company. Furthermore, today I used two $40 Groupons for Wendella cruises on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, which I purchased yesterday. I found out that the regular price of the cruise is $40 per person. This makes me question the advantage of buying the Groupon in the first place. In conclusion, I have dealt with two unsatisfactory situations with Groupons today. Despite having positive experiences in the past, today's incidents were disappointing.

Hello, Following our conversation yesterday, June 9th, I am requesting the cancellation of my recent orders placed on the 5th of June. These orders do not match the references and quantities I requested. I did not order any bras, I never ordered 5 suede leather derbies, only one. I did not order lace underwear. I did not order navy blue size 43 Nielsen Christensen leather sneakers. I am confused about how these mistakes occurred. I kindly ask for your approval to cancel these mentioned items and sizes. The product in question is a 180x300cm Anthracite Side Awning that I ordered and paid for on 01/06/[redacted] using a credit card. Despite my explanations and requests for a refund, I have not received any response from your end. I purchased a car wash service on June 1, [redacted], and used order number 1[redacted]78-[redacted] from Groupon. The car wash located at Long Island Express Car Wash on [redacted] Commack Road, New York, did not have the required UPC code from the email. I spent two hours trying to resolve this and eventually got the car washed, but it was not clean. I returned the next Monday and found no manager on site. I was informed that a manager wouldn't be back until the following Saturday. I left a message with my contact information at the provided phone number but have not received a callback as of today, Friday the 11th of June. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter. - HG

I received a Groupon Goods order that I do not recognize. It is not listed in my account orders. There is no gift message. I called some friends and family, but I do not know where the item came from. I am concerned that there might be a charge on a credit card that I did not authorize and have not found a record of yet. I have the item number, order date, and order number and I am looking to find the source of this order. I want to know why I received it, if it is associated with my account, whether it is a gift, and who it came from. I am unsure if I should be concerned about potential fraud. I had a $65 voucher for Pure Kana, but when trying to use it along with my credit card, the payment kept getting denied by my card issuer. Despite trying three different cards and contacting the credit card companies, they confirmed no issues on their end. I reached out to Pure Kana, and after multiple attempts, they insisted the problem was with the card issuer. Even after a follow-up with Capital One, the issue persisted. Pure Kana assured they would honor the coupon and provide a case number, but no email was received. When calling them again, they claimed no knowledge of the situation, offering only a new user discount. I value each dollar, especially as a disabled veteran, and feel frustrated by the lack of resolution.

I bought 2 tickets for the Empire State Building before the pandemic closure. During the closure, I contacted Groupon for a refund and was informed via email that the tickets wouldn't expire. However, upon checking recently, my voucher shows it as expired. Groupon's response was discouraging, stating it was a final sale and to be more careful with the terms. I've requested for the tickets to be reinstated or credited to my account, considering the circumstances of the prolonged closure in New York State. I am experiencing great frustration. During a recent live chat, I was disconnected abruptly. As an older woman, I purchased flowers from Groupon for a friend who had lost her husband. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered, only to find out over a month later. Believing the transaction had not gone through, I ordered flowers from another provider for my friend. Shortly after, I received an email from Groupon apologizing for a computer glitch that prevented the flower delivery and offering me the chance to reorder. However, I had already sent flowers through a different service and no longer required Groupon's flowers. I requested a refund but did not receive one. Due to memory issues common among elderly individuals, I recently rediscovered this issue on my Groupon print-out. Despite the voucher being expired, I feel entitled to a refund considering the service was never fulfilled as agreed. My voucher number is ER6BJ9. I am upset over the lack of resolution, especially after being abruptly disconnected during the live chat. If assistance cannot be provided, I request the manager's contact information. I am reaching out regarding my refund issue. I purchased a Groupon that is now invalid due to the merchant not accepting Groupons anymore. After requesting a refund to my credit card and being reassured it was processed, I was later informed I can only receive Groupon bucks since I initially paid with them. This situation arose because the merchant wouldn't honor the original Groupon purchase. I have no need for Groupon bucks and would like a refund to my credit card as assured initially. The back and forth has been frustrating, especially given the assurance of a credit card refund.

I visited the garage to have my car's air conditioning serviced. Unfortunately, there was confusion with the Groupon deal as my car is a 66 plate. Despite Groupon mentioning a deal for cars registered before January 1, [redacted], the garage informed me that it was the incorrect voucher for my car. The website did not clearly indicate that eligibility depended more on the air conditioning model than the car's year. I had to buy a different voucher at the garage with their assistance. They advised me to seek a refund from Groupon for the initial £35.99 voucher due to the inaccurate information provided on the website. I am requesting a refund for the first voucher purchased.

I purchased a Groupon deal for lash extensions after reading the top reviews. The service I received was pleasant, but within 48 hours, I noticed the work was not of good quality as one eye was uneven immediately and now the other eye is having the same issue. My main concern is that I believe I received poor service because I used a Groupon, even though the service provider offers deals through Groupon. I paid a $[redacted] tip on top of the Groupon price and now I am frustrated. I expect a refund from Groupon given the circumstances. I hope this will be resolved without much difficulty.

I purchased two sets of three colon hydrotherapy sessions from Lavar Spa, one for myself and one for my husband as a gift. Prior to the purchase, I contacted them to confirm if the Groupon could be used at the Davie Street location. They assured me it could, so I made the purchase. However, when my husband went to book an appointment at the Davie location, he found out that the spa was closed. When he called, they confirmed the closure but showed no concern about updating the information on Groupon to prevent this issue for other customers. When I tried to book online, faced with technical issues, I called and was told the same man trying to divert me to the Richmond location. This is misleading as I specifically wanted the Davie location for its proximity. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was provided is disappointing, and I request a full refund for both sessions. I feel let down after confirming everything beforehand.

Hello, I recently received a refund from a helpful individual last week. However, it has been approximately 6 business days, and the refund has not shown up on my new card as expected. The refund was attempted on an old Netspend temporary card instead of my current one. I am wondering if the refund was not processed correctly or if there was an issue during the transaction. I have now added my new card details, and I am hoping the refund can be reissued to the correct card. If not, I was informed that opening a dispute may be necessary, but I would prefer to resolve this matter without escalating it to a dispute if possible. Hello Groupon, I am a frustrated customer and I am on the verge of writing a scathing review about Groupon. I placed an order for flowers on June 15th, but they never arrived. I just spoke to online support about 10 minutes ago, and they told me to go to "redeem order." However, when I tried to redeem it, I got stuck on a page where I needed to click for a coupon. It seems like I now have to place a new order for flowers. I really need someone to help me with the redemption process since I can't access my original order for delivery. I have purchased from Groupon in the past without this kind of extra hassle, and I am running out of patience with the time it is taking to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I purchased a Lucid 3" mattress pad and received an email confirming its shipment on June 10 via FedEx. However, upon tracking the package on June 18, it has not been actually shipped as FedEx has not yet picked it up. I have reached out to the Merchant Marketplace for assistance, but all they say is that the item has already been shipped. I even contacted FedEx and they have no record of picking up the item. Despite this, I was told by the seller that no refunds would be issued as sales are final. I find this unfair since I never received the product I paid for. This whole situation has been frustrating and may deter me from using Groupon in the future. I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered item.

I recently had a terrible experience with C Movers. The movers on my job ended up fighting and yelling, prompting police involvement. The supervisor refunded me $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] I paid. Despite labeling boxes for specific rooms, they were all dumped in one area. My Asian furniture got damaged, and they lost my Big Screen TV cord. They dismantled my bed but didn't put it back together. The supervisor promised to send someone in two days, but that never happened. After multiple calls, they wanted an extra $[redacted] to finish the job. They're now avoiding me when I inquire about filing a claim for my damaged items. I'm unable to leave a review as they refunded me. This experience has left me devastated and unable to complete the move due to chronic back issues.
