I purchased a Groupon for a 12-pack of wines from Wines on Sale, with order No. 1[redacted]85-[redacted]. However, I received BBQ gloves instead of the wines. I did not receive a voucher number to redeem with Wine On Sale. Additionally, the password I set on 11/20 is no longer working. I would appreciate assistance with both issues. Hello, I recently received a €33 voucher for a restaurant in Ireland. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the voucher. It's set to expire at the end of this month. Could you kindly locate and reissue the voucher for me? Due to current restrictions, I'm wondering if the voucher could be used for shopping purchases instead. I am Murtas Antonina, and I want to inform you that Nexive courier reported that the recipient was absent for the delivery of 3 orders of snail slime and hyaluronic acid serum, each containing 3 vials with the barcode STCPZ[redacted][redacted]. This is incorrect because I have been at home for 47 days. The courier did not even ring the intercom, although he could have called me on my mobile phone number. I am requesting either a new delivery with a call to [redacted] or a full refund for this order. I need to return the orthopedic shoes I received today as they are too small, not a true size 6. My order number is [redacted]19. I attempted to generate a return label on the app by selecting the item and then clicking on "Choose Return Reason," but it seems to be unresponsive. I've attempted this several times. I ordered the Coleman car cover on October 13th, and it was scheduled to ship. I have the tracking number 1Z204E38YW[redacted]0 via UPS and the order number [redacted]. Although I have two emails with these confirmations, I can't find the purchase in my Groupons. We received a package, assumed it was the car cover, stored it in the car, and then found out it wasn't the Coleman premium executive outdoor waterproof sedan car cover. The tracking status shows it was preparing to ship on October 13th, but there's no further update. We are eager to locate the missing car cover as we have already paid for it and need it urgently.

I purchased two newspapers for Sunday. They already charged my card, but my orders have not been delivered. I reached out to The News Enterprise, and they mentioned that payment hasn't been received from you, causing the delay. I reported this issue to you approximately four weeks ago, and was assured assistance, but nothing has been resolved. I would like a refund or a new subscription to be arranged. Good morning, I purchased 4 coupons, 2 for the poisonous mushroom experience booked for 13/12/20 and 2 for the old mill experience booked for 27/12/20. I was hospitalized for Covid at the Salerno hospital from 01/11/20 to 02/12/20. After returning home, I am now in mandatory isolation for another 10 days, followed by 30 days of home Covid treatment, and then a rehabilitation period. Due to my circumstances, I am unable to use the coupons. I kindly request either a credit refund on Groupon for the amount spent on the coupons or an extension of their validity so I can use them once I have recovered. I made a booking through Groupon for a DFDS cruise from Newcastle to Amsterdam. Due to the quarantine restrictions when returning, I was informed that I could change the dates until December next year. Yet, when I called to change the dates, they only allowed changes until April next year. They mentioned I could get a full refund, but I need to inform Groupon so they can contact DFDS for the refund process.

I made a purchase on December 1st for a total of $24.96 with my credit card. This amount is a combination of three items: $6.99 each and an additional $3.99 for shipping on one item. The initial transaction reflected in my pending transactions right away. However, upon checking my credit card statement this morning via the mobile app, I noticed Groupon had added more charges on December 3rd, today. One charge was for $10.98, covering an item bought for $6.99 plus its $3.99 shipping fee. The second charge was for another item priced at $6.99. Two out of the three items I bought were double-charged. I request the unauthorized charges to be refunded promptly to avoid further issues as this has caused me to exceed my credit limit due to unexpected transactions.

I purchased 2 massages at Therapeutic Touch that are expiring on January 31, [redacted]. I have been unable to schedule an appointment since October due to unresponsiveness from the merchant. With recent personal losses to Coronavirus and rising cases in my area, my husband and I are avoiding massages for safety reasons. I am having trouble navigating the return process on the YouTo website. I inadvertently ordered multiple items and need to return six of them. However, the order numbers on the website do not match those on the packaging. Furthermore, after providing a reason for the return, the process does not proceed, and I cannot generate the return address labels. I went to the Midas shop with a coupon, but they did not honor it as advertised. They tried to push me into buying extra services: replacing my shock absorbers for over $[redacted] and getting 4 new tires for over $[redacted], with a total cost exceeding $[redacted]. I managed to replace the shock absorbers elsewhere for under $[redacted], and my Michelin tires, still in good condition with a 40,[redacted]-mile warranty, have only been driven for just over 32,[redacted] miles. My car passed inspection less than two months ago, with less than 1,[redacted] miles since. The shop's insistence on selling me unnecessary tires makes me question their integrity, and I felt discriminated against during this experience.

I received a refund from two nights, but instead of returning the amount to my bank card, Groupon credits were issued. I prefer the refund to go back to my card as I don't use Groupon. I have an old email associated with Groupon and created a new one ([redacted]). I have not received any updates on this. Kindly assist in transferring the refund back to my card. Thank you. I bought 2 cases of wine from Wine Insiders and have not received them. I need the redemption code for my order placed on Nov 27, [redacted]. I now have the redemption code for my second coupon. I am experiencing a similar issue to what happened with two candy companies recently. Ordering seems to be quite challenging nowadays.

I am having trouble contacting Groupon at 1-[redacted] as the instructions provided do not match the options I see under "My Stuff." I have some Groupons showing as "in progress" that I have not used, and some businesses I purchased from are now closed due to covid, like the mani-pedi place. I should be refunded for these. Particularly, the Shutterfly order status is confusing as it shows as "in progress" after the store has closed. Additionally, I believed Groupons don't expire, and the amount paid can always be used at the same store. But since the mani-pedi place I bought a Groupon for is closed, I should receive a refund. The same goes for the La Parfait location in Boca Raton I was switched to. Please assist with these refunds. I accidentally signed up for a HelloFresh subscription, thinking it was a one-time purchase. My sister received several unexpected orders, even after I requested cancellation of the subscription. Despite assurances that no further payments would be taken, my Visa statement shows multiple charges from HelloFresh that I did not authorize. I need this issue resolved promptly. Thank you. I purchased a Groupon for [redacted] custom Christmas cards from Photo Affections. Unfortunately, their technical team has been struggling to ensure all photos have everyone included as expected. Despite paying $20 for expedited delivery, there has been a delay in receiving corrected proofs. I have requested and received a refund for the delivery charge. I have a Groupon for CP Tactical Solutions that cannot be honored. The rifle range is unable to fulfill it because they are short on ammo. I received this as a gift back in April, and it is set to expire soon. They have advised me to contact Groupon for a refund since they haven't been paid for it yet. I realize this is an unusual situation, but given the circumstances, I am hoping that I can receive a refund as I might not be able to use it anytime soon. I bought a Groupon for a Monogram Online 10" faux mink throw pillow. The Groupon states it's for a personalized 10'' faux mink 3D photo throw pillow with an extra $2.99 discount until tomorrow, priced at $12 each. I grabbed 3 for a total of $36, but when I try to redeem them, I'm being charged $79.98. I want to order 3 for $36 without any extra charges aside from shipping. I need these for Christmas and the situation seems suspicious. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

The Groupon states that it is for "One Personalized 10'' Faux Mink 3D Photo Throw Pillow" with an extra discount of $2.99, costing $12, ending tomorrow. I purchased 3 pillows for a total of $36. However, when I try to redeem the Groupon, I am being charged $79.98, which is not correct. I intend to order 3 pillows for $36 without any additional charges, except for shipping fees.
