In August [redacted], I activated Google Pay out of curiosity but never used it. Suddenly, I noticed numerous unknown fraudulent transactions on 8/26-27. Although I reported them promptly, some charges totaling $[redacted] remain unresolved. In response to these security concerns, I deleted the Google Pay app to prevent further issues. Now, when attempting to make a purchase at the Google Store for a Pixel, I find my account locked. Unfortunately, the online form does not accept submissions for incidents over four months old, leaving me frustrated as I cannot locate a phone number to discuss this matter. I am seeking resolution to remove the fraudulent charges, unlock my account, and complete my desired purchase of a Pixel 7 Pro from the Google Store.

I recently switched to a new phone after my old one broke, but I am having trouble accessing my Google account because it keeps sending verification codes to my old phone number. Even though I updated my personal information with my new phone number and Google account details, it still insists on using the old one. Sometimes, when I try to log in using my new number, it mentions sending a verification code to a different device that does not belong to me. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating, and I want to transition everything from Google to Microsoft. If I could get the recovery section to send the code to my new phone number, that would be fantastic. I have tried to reset my password multiple times to no avail. I feel like I am getting nowhere with the recovery process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I forgot my old password on my HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE and managed to create a new password. However, the computer is still not allowing me access to my old files without the previous password. I am frustrated by this high-security measure and just want to retrieve my files. It seems unreasonable to require the old password for access when I have already set a new one. My phone number associated with the account is unchanged, and I always verify it's me with the correct code. Despite this, Google is not providing access due to my forgotten old password. It is essential to have a method to access files without the old password in such situations as forgetting passwords is common.

Despite providing the correct verification code and having my phone number linked to the account, I am still unable to access my files. I have been unable to access my Gmail account ([redacted]) for several months now. The two-step verification process is linked to a phone number I no longer have, and the third step involves accessing the same email account I am trying to recover. Every time I attempt to recover the account, I receive a message stating that Google cannot verify my identity. I have tried using my recovery email ([redacted]), but it only sends a code and repeats the process. This situation has caused me to lose access to important accounts, including my banks, and it is extremely distressing. I have a background in working for companies like Sun Microsystems, Supermac, and Yahoo, and now at 55 years old, I am struggling with this issue. I've been locked out of my Google account because of two-step authentication for some time now. I no longer have access to my recovery phone or email. I am willing to provide proof of identity, including a photo of my driver's license if necessary. It is urgent that I regain access to my account as I have important photos saved there that are irreplaceable. Can someone please assist me promptly? Thank you.

Our account at Mystic River Resort has been suspended along with our email addresses - [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] We are unable to access our accounts or send emails. We have been attempting to contact you online but keep getting redirected to email, which we cannot do at the moment. We suspect our suspension may be due to an expired credit card for payment. We have updated payment information with new credit card details. Despite the request for a contact email below, our email services are still suspended.

I am currently unable to access my account due to the two-step verification, which is frustrating since I no longer have the old device logged into Gmail. I hope this issue can be resolved as it seems unfair, especially for users like me who tend to misplace things. I noticed a suspicious Google transaction on my personal account and have already reported it to the credit card company. The transaction occurred on 11/23/[redacted] at 10:58 AM. My wife and I were in lockdown due to testing positive for COVID. My wife was hospitalized and released on Monday 11/21/[redacted]. While I was on my computer, I have no memory of purchasing a 4K upgrade for any TV in my home. Our children and grandchildren have not visited as we isolated ourselves. I am unsure how this happened. When I called your support line at [redacted], I waited 48 minutes to speak to a representative. It feels like a frustrating experience because I want to talk to someone in person who can resolve this issue.

I have tried multiple times to recover my account but I am not able to find any further options. After entering my email, I am getting the option to enter the correct password, but then I am not seeing any other options. I remember the date my account was opened and the various passwords I used to have. I also remember the old phone number associated with it. However, Google is not providing any assistance in recovering my account.

I own an Amazon Fire Smart TV in my bedroom and subscribe to YouTube TV. Recently, I've been encountering an issue where I'm prompted to adjust my viewing area. My location falls on the border of three zip codes, with my actual address situated in the [redacted] zip code. Despite this, I am receiving TV channels from Charlotte, NC, which corresponds to the [redacted] zip code. Whenever I attempt to update my zip code to [redacted] (Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point), I am unable to verify it. Consequently, I am unable to view stations in full screen and change channels as needed on my TV.

I have been struggling for four days to regain access to my hacked account, which includes my phone numbers, emails, and TV services. I am not interested in creating a new account. I have been using the email account "[redacted]" since my Mom got her Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 in [redacted] or [redacted]. Even though we did not create that Google account ourselves, it was brand new at the time. I have utilized this account for various purposes, primarily for games. I am in need of access to it because the Tablet and the phone number linked to it are no longer active. I can provide additional information about the Account usage if necessary. Recently, I started playing Clash of Clans and remembered that I had a Google Play account with progress saved in the game.

I am having trouble logging into my Google account as it keeps saying my password is invalid.
