Over the past two years, I have gone through approximately 20 different phones while using AT&T Prepaid as my carrier for two decades. During this time, I have utilized various email addresses. Recently, I purchased a new open phone which was excellent, but shortly after the 5G introduction, AT&T advised me to upgrade due to GSM changes. Despite being offered five upgrade options, AT&T failed to send the chosen phone after four months of waiting. Although an apology was issued, AT&T sent me an inadequate replacement that did not function properly. Consequently, I switched to T-Mobile with a new number, requesting to retain my old AT&T number [redacted], which was never transferred. This transition caused difficulties in moving my contacts, emails, and texts, leading to security issues resulting in possible identity theft. Access to my emails, including [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], has been restricted for months, necessitating a prompt resolution. I seem to have lost my mobile phone, but I am hopeful it will show up at home soon. I typically keep my Google Inbox open on it, and I am certain the security measures on my phone would make it hard for others to access my information. Unfortunately, I need to access my email and when I attempted to log in on my Apple desktop, it did not recognize the new password Google provided. To add to my troubles, I cannot receive the confirmation code from Google since it's being sent to my lost phone number. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble receiving my default recovery verification code from Gmail or messages. This code was sent to a third-party marketing firm requesting payment and financial information. I need assistance accessing my account, as my phone is experiencing technical difficulties. I believe the FCC should be informed if someone is impeding my Google account access. I would appreciate speaking with a representative directly as using voice-to-text has resulted in errors. The third party is asking for payment to provide the code, which I find suspicious. I have been unable to access my Google account for two days due to this issue.

My phone was hard reset last Saturday, and since then, I've been unable to access my two accounts that I've had for over 8 years. Even after trying everything and changing my phone number linked to the email, I still can't receive the access code as it's being sent to the old number. I've attempted to sign in on another device, but it keeps saying the code for my [redacted] email is incorrect. Despite reaching out multiple times since Saturday and sending a screenshot of both accounts and the email I'm trying to recover, I have yet to find a solution. This email is crucial as it's linked to my personal, non-social, financial, and medical needs. I've entered the old password as requested, followed the support request code for [redacted], but it keeps saying it's the wrong code. I'm hoping for any assistance to recover my [redacted] account, even if I can receive the code or link to my other email, [redacted] Any help is greatly appreciated, as I've been trying non-stop for 5 days.

I am having trouble accessing my personal email account, [redacted], due to issues with 2FA. The recovery options are linked to the same Google account, preventing me from retrieving verification codes. I am unable to manage or stop the charges Google applies to my credit card for various services like One, YouTube, Voice, and G Suite. My ideal resolution involves speaking with a Google representative who can verify my identity using my credit card information, previous passwords, security question, and confirming that my personal cell phone number is associated with the services. If this is not possible, I want to explore transferring my Google Voice number to my cellphone for verification, but I am currently unable to access my Voice account to proceed with this.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account because I cannot remember the password. I have tried everything to no avail. As a result, I had to set up a new account. However, not being able to access my "old" account has prevented me from accessing my email and other services. The main issue now is that I cannot complete the setup of my new Assurance phone without access to my Google account, which is necessary for Google Play Store access. I find myself stuck in a loop as the other recovery options do not become available after multiple password attempts and the old phone number on file is no longer active. I originally had a Gmail account that I linked to my Instagram. About a year later, I decided to change my Gmail account since I no longer used the original one. Recently, I received a notification from Instagram asking me to verify my identity by sending a 6-digit code to my old Gmail for verification. I tried to log into my old Gmail account, but despite using the correct password and email, it kept prompting me to recover the account. My Gmail account, which is also my Chromebook login, was hacked. The hacker changed passwords, phone numbers, and other verifications, leading to the loss of all my emails. Even worse, I've lost access to my Chromebook's Google files and downloads. As a UK author, scriptwriter, and film producer, this breach has impacted my work significantly. My new script, associated novel, and soundtrack, intended for my publisher and music producers, are inaccessible. Despite Google's limited help through their account recovery page, the hacker continues to access my files. Feeling helpless and vulnerable, I urgently require assistance to regain access to my account and files. I am having trouble accessing my email account that my wife's brother deleted. After trying to reset the password, I realized he also changed the password retrieval email to [redacted], which has been deleted. I tried using a different account but now it's saying it doesn't recognize me, leading me to believe he tried to hack it. With $1 million in an inheritance at stake, this is now the fourth attempt to access my information. He deleted the email account to cover his tracks. I am unable to access my online banking due to this and I'm locked out of my bank account. The recovery email is the one I can no longer access. I am unsure of how to proceed and prevent this from happening again. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got an ASUS Chromebook manufactured in January [redacted] with an Auto Update Expiration (AUE) date set for June [redacted]. If possible, could the AUE be extended to May [redacted]? Otherwise, where can I find a Chromebook with a longer AUE? I've had issues with past Chromebooks and want to ensure I have long-term support. If needed, I may consider switching to Windows if a suitable Chromebook is not available.

There is a significant issue with administration in the Carnarvon area. Wayne Gibbons appears to have control over several pages, granting him excessive power. If individuals express differing opinions, he bans them from further participation. Gibbons, who is partially Aboriginal, displays bias on subjects and swiftly excludes those who challenge him, regardless of the accuracy of their comments. There are doubts about whether he even resides in Carnarvon or Melbourne, and inquiries about his location are met with censorship. Given my substantial experience as a longtime resident, Justice of the Peace, former shire councillor, and recipient of community service awards, I find Gibbons unfit to oversee multiple platforms. His actions hinder constructive debates that these forums are meant to facilitate. By arbitrarily silencing individuals who hold differing views, he stifles the exchange of ideas.

Hello, I had another personal account under the email [redacted] that was deactivated on May 25, [redacted], at 12:00 PM. I was uploading some image data at the time. On May 27, I checked my other backup mailboxes and saw a copy of a warning about the account deactivation. Due to the bulk upload of data at that time, Google deactivated the account before sending the warning, preventing me from stopping the upload and verifying if my data violated the terms of service. There are still important data stored in that account which I would like to retrieve. Please assist me in restoring access to the account. Thank you

On May 15th, I signed up for Google Fiber and requested to port my Spectrum number, [redacted], to Google Voice. The transfer was successful. After switching to Vonage for their services, I wanted the same number to be ported there. Despite unlocking the number on my wife's Gmail account to access messages, I am unable to transfer it back to my account. I added $10 to cover the $3.00 transfer fee. How can I proceed with transferring the number to Vonage or back to my account to facilitate the porting process?

I recently lost access to my Gmail account due to my stolen phone. I've replaced it, but can't receive authorization codes as my old work number was the backup and is no longer valid. I need my backed-up data to set up my new phone. I'm struggling to recover my account without the verification codes going to the old number. Three days ago, I accidentally sat on my Straight Talk TLC phone and it broke. I quickly got another Straight Talk TLC phone, a little smaller. I managed to transfer 2 of my Google accounts to the new phone, but my other accounts - [redacted] and [redacted] - did not sync, and unfortunately, I can't recall the passwords. These accounts hold crucial contacts that I need urgently since my daughter is going through a tough time after her twin sister's passing due to a hospital incident. In the past, I had requested Google to retrieve my contacts successfully, but they couldn't restore the pictures of my deceased daughter. Our website, Westfieldcarpetcleaning.com, was suspended on May 10 due to what was deemed suspicious activity. Despite not knowing the specifics of this activity, we've been working with Thryv to request reinstatement promptly. However, after 20 days, there has been no progress or communication from Thryv. I have reached out to multiple contacts at Thryv without any response. It is crucial for us to understand the reason for the suspension as this situation is likely causing financial losses. While our advertising with Google is unaffected when searching for Westfield carpet cleaning, our site does not appear on the map, which is perplexing. I have discovered a fake Facebook page using my name and photo. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to contact anyone at Facebook. My attempts to report the issue were dismissed by Facebook stating it did not violate their content rules, without providing a method to report the photo. The contact options on Facebook have not been effective for me. I am contemplating closing my account, but the phony page will remain.
