My Google accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], have been compromised. The Gmail address involved started with always*****@gmail.com but I don't have the full address. Dale Barr Sr is linked to these actions. I previously submitted a request on this matter but got no response. I need Dale Barr Sr removed from my Google services. I'm frustrated and need help because the help topics forum hasn't addressed my specific issue. Dale Barr Sr is currently on my Google Play account, and I want his name removed from all my Google services. I'm unsure if any legal action can be taken, but this has caused me a lot of stress. Please contact me on my cell at [redacted]. Thank you for addressing this issue. Esperanza Sather-Fulgencio

Hello, I am Faisal Azeem from Islamabad, Pakistan, and I'm experiencing a significant issue affecting my business on a daily basis. I hired an IT professional to manage the registration of my Guest house "Mubeen" on Google, including advertising campaigns. After working with me for 2.5 months, he has left our company, "Blue Moon Residency." He has used his contact number for recovery purposes on our business ID and has later changed the password and switched the mobile number displayed on our location to one belonging to a competitor, "0[redacted]." This has resulted in the competitor receiving our bookings, causing us a financial loss. I urgently need to update the recovery phone number and email address on our Google business account to prevent further losses. New recovery number: [redacted][redacted] New email address: [redacted] How can I make these changes?

I recently forgot my Gmail password and requested a reset. However, I encountered an issue where my usual phone number, which has always successfully received verification codes, is not accepting Google codes. Despite receiving codes from others, I am unable to receive Google codes. The secondary email linked to my account is no longer active, leaving me reliant on my phone for verification. Unfortunately, I am also not prompted to answer security questions, even though I know the answers. I have attempted the suggestions in Google's help section but keep going in circles without reaching the security question page. I am seeking assistance from a real person or a more personalized form of help that does not redirect me to the generic help page. Thank you for your understanding. Dr. J Wegner

Subject: Urgent Issue with Google Workspace Access Hello Google Workspace Admin Accounts Support, I am writing as the owner and administrator of the domain name infomax-japan.com. On December 17, [redacted], I purchased this domain, confirmed by whois.net. Although the domain was purchased outside of Google Workspace, shortly after acquiring it, I also signed up for Google Workspace on the same day. As of March 1, [redacted], I encountered an unexpected issue when I found my Google account was "locked" without my knowledge. I am unable to access the Workspace admin console despite having valid login credentials. Every time I try to sign in, it prompts me to "Add Account," which leads to a loop bringing me back to the starting point. I have been attempting to resolve this by contacting Google Workspace support via email for the past four days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Due to my inability to access the admin console, I am unable to obtain a support PIN, causing a significant delay in my web development progress. I urgently need assistance to reactivate my account and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Owner and Administrator of infomax-japan.com

I recently discovered that my ex-boyfriend's account was linked to mine on our shared computer. Despite attempts to remove his account due to concerns about its connection to mine, I faced challenges with authentication codes and session expirations. After seeking assistance at the Apple store and contacting him, all accounts, including his, were ultimately signed out. However, issues arose with a shared app, Life [redacted], when he shared his Gmail for access that didn't function as expected. Furthermore, I've noticed unfamiliar search histories across different browsers, which worries me about the extent of our still-linked accounts. I've taken precautions by changing all my Gmail passwords, but I'm unsure how to confirm if he still had access or ensure complete removal of his account from mine.

A few years back, the Central Christian Church of Pocatello established a Google Business account, but now our website is not being recognized by Google due to some changes. Google shows an error while other search engines do not. It seems our cccpoky.org website has been hacked. Unfortunately, we are uncertain about the business account associated with our church. We have created a few other accounts with Google, like [redacted] and [redacted] However, when we attempt to address our issue on the Google site linked to our church, we are redirected to other accounts and cannot retrieve the main business account. The online resources are not providing sufficient assistance as they keep leading us in circles. We require more comprehensive help with resolving this matter.

I believe my Gmail account was hacked approximately 2-3 years ago, and the intrusion seems to have stopped recently. During this time, several of my emails, both sent and received, may have been deleted and then permanently removed from the trash folder. I am an academic who heavily relies on Gmail for professional communication with research contacts. It is crucial for me to identify the deleted emails and verify if any unauthorized emails were sent using my account. I understand that retrieving permanently deleted emails might be challenging, but it is vital for me to attempt to recover them to reconstruct valuable connections that were compromised. This situation has had a significant impact on my career, and any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On 2/22/[redacted], I searched for how to cancel Amazon Prime on Google, and an option to speak to a representative with a phone number popped up. Opting for this, I called the number and a man answered. After explaining my request, he offered to assist. Following his instructions, he gained control of my phone. He then inquired about the card linked to my Amazon account and proceeded to make unauthorized charges of $50 and $5. Unaware of his actions, my phone got wiped out rendering it useless. Upon visiting my cell phone store, I discovered I had been scammed as approximately $[redacted] was charged to my debit card for Google charges. Recognizing this as fraud, both Google and my bank intervened. The bank suspended my debit card due to the considerable unauthorized charges. I am seeking a refund from Google and urge them to take legal action against the scammer.

I have encountered an issue while trying to access my email account. When I attempt to log in, a prompt asks for my password, despite entering it correctly, the system claims it doesn't match. My email, [redacted], is not recognized even with additional information. I have received suspicious texts and noticed questionable search history on my device. I am attempting to recover my account to regain access to important communications. Text messages are the only means of communication available to me at the moment. I am concerned about unauthorized activity and the inability to reset my password. Assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been dealing with fraudulent charges since December. A person claiming to be from Google contacted me with a case number, but I later realized they were impersonating a Google employee. I have had unauthorized charges of around $[redacted] to $[redacted] for games. The scammers not only set up accounts but also used my phone number to open a Sprint account, which is not in my name. I changed my password recently, but they keep changing it back. I have tried to contact customer service, but they only advise me to change my password repeatedly. This situation is frustrating, and I need someone to assist me. I have contacted various authorities and also need to update you on my current phone number. Please reach out to me at [redacted] if you cannot reach me by phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account on Google. When I try to log in, it just keeps loading without any response. After deleting my account and setting it up again, I received a message saying the Gmail account does not exist, and the IMAP server for Gmail cannot receive incoming mail. When checking if the email address was deleted, it indicated that the Google account does not exist. I am concerned about what is happening with my accounts as I have lost all the work stored on Google apps, which is essential to me. I am also worried about the security of my primary email address and would like to determine who might have hacked into my account.

I am having trouble accessing my old account due to verification issues. When I try to log in, it prompts for verification but does not provide the option to send a code to my recovery email. Instead, it asks for an email to contact support, which then responds with a generic message stating they are unable to verify my identity. I find it frustrating that the recovery email linked to my account is not being utilized for account recovery purposes.

I am having difficulty accessing my account. I have my password, but I can't find my two-step verification codes. When I try to request an email or text code, it only accepts the verification codes. There is no option to send it to my backup email or phone. The only alternative is to send it to my Gmail, which I have no access to. I subscribe to YouTube Premium and am frustrated with Google's lack of customer support options. It’s essential to have human assistance when technology fails.

I was in the hospital after being hit by a car when I unintentionally purchased Adobe software. Upon realizing the charge, I immediately cancelled the service but was informed that a refund was not possible. Despite reaching out to Adobe directly, they were unable to assist as I made the purchase through the play store. I am on a fixed budget due to the accident and cannot use the phone I made the purchase on. To compound the issue, I have since been charged for two more products despite not having access to the phone. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Christina DeBiase. I lost my phone over the weekend and had to get a new one. Now I can't access my Gmail because I forgot my password. On my old phone, I was always automatically signed in. The last time I updated my password was 3 months ago. I've tried all the passwords and even some of my 8-digit codes, but I still can't get back in. It prompted me to send a code to a trusted email, which I did. Now I have to wait 48 hours for the reset code to be sent. I really need to regain access to my email immediately. I would appreciate if a representative could contact me for further assistance at ([redacted])-[redacted]. Thank you.

My stimulus check was stolen and deposited into an online account called Chime. The IRS informed me that my second stimulus payment was also sent to an account I can't access because I don't have the previous phone number associated with it. Despite providing my social security number and security code, I am unable to provide this phone number. I've contacted Verizon customer service and technical support, but they don't have access to the information. I've been advised to reach out to Google, as they may have my old phone number linked to my details. I require assistance to regain access to the account and prevent any further theft of my stimulus funds.

Regarding Your Refund Request from Google Play I appreciate your response. It's important to note that my 10-year-old grandson was unaware of your policy. I noticed the purchases immediately upon receiving the confirmation email and requested cancellation. The bank flagged the charges as suspicious, prompting us to cancel the card. You successfully removed the purchases from his phone and deactivated his account without delivering the merchandise we were charged for, totaling approximately $[redacted] on 2/28/21. It's crucial to understand that these purchases were made by a minor. Being retired and caring for two grandchildren, my husband and I are financially strained. I plan to discuss the stolen card with my bank. I anticipate a response from you within 48 hours. Feel free to contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]

My email and all my devices have been compromised. My email "[redacted]" has been taken over by a hacker named Nicolau Baptista. Even my daughter is facing the same issue with her email. We have reported this to the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office, but they are struggling to track the hacker, despite us having evidence of him accessing our devices through our WiFi. No matter how many times I set up 2-step verification, the hacker continues to gain access to my emails and accounts, changing passwords regularly. I have changed my email address at least 10 times in the past year. The hacker even deleted [redacted] contacts from my previous email accounts like "dianeheinz57" and disrupted my business. I am considering contacting the press to highlight the security vulnerabilities in google accounts.

I received a debt collection letter regarding a Gmail account, [redacted], for a PayPal debt. This is not one of my Gmail accounts; I only have two, and this does not belong to me. It seems to be a case of identity theft. I have been attempting to call you to resolve this matter, but I am currently on hold. I have already informed PayPal, my local authorities, and my LifeLock representative about this issue, and they are all dealing with it. I recommend investigating the mentioned Gmail account for any illegal activities. PayPal has requested that access from this IP address be restricted. You can reach me at [redacted]; this is my preferred email for contact. I rarely use Gmail, only when required for my Samsung Chrome or certain applications.
