I have noticed unauthorized charges on my PayPal account from Google for Roblox, totaling $[redacted].24 three times. Despite my attempts, Google has not refunded me for these charges. I did not authorize any charges on my PayPal account. I need clarification from Google on how they justify charging me for items I did not purchase. The denial email I received claims PayPal is not a financial institution and suggests resolving the issue with Roblox, even though Google made the unauthorized charges. I expect a $[redacted].72 refund promptly after a review by a representative. Google previously declined my claim, stating they found no fraudulent activity and will not provide a refund. Hello, I need assistance. I mistakenly had a purchase charged to my credit card on 01/26/[redacted] from a source called "[redacted]" I did not make this purchase. I attempted to research and emailed them to credit my card, but the email bounced back indicating the sender does not exist. Since this issue involves my Google email, I believe you can track down this fraudulent business that is charging customers' cards unfairly. Thank you.

While cleaning up my emails and organizing them, I suddenly got locked out of my Google account with a message saying they couldn't confirm it was mine. I believe someone might be deleting my emails as well, though I am the rightful owner and can delete them if I choose. I've attempted Gmail's recommended steps to regain access such as answering security questions and providing the passcode, but unfortunately, they were unable to verify my identity. Yesterday, I attempted to join a Google Meet session online. I have a Gmail account, so I downloaded the app and received a meeting link on WhatsApp which I forwarded from my iPhone to my iPad for better viewing. During the meeting, I could hear others, but they couldn't hear me. Despite advice to turn on my microphone, I couldn't locate the microphone icon even after looking through other icons on the screen. I searched online for solutions but struggled to find the right settings within the app. After leaving the screen, I couldn't navigate back and was stuck on the main page with no access to settings or options. This was frustrating as I have no trouble using Skype. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you, Jill E.

Three weeks ago, someone gained unauthorized access to my account. I only realized this when I attempted to post a video on my Youtube channel. After that, when I checked my email, I noticed suspicious activity. The same person or group infiltrated my Snapchat and communicated strangely with one of my siblings. I have had the Gmail account [redacted] for over four years, and it is linked to several other accounts. Although each password is different, I need assistance in regaining access to my hacked account. If recovery is not possible, I would like the account deleted and my Youtube and Twitch channels transitioned to a new Gmail account.

Google Enterprise was marketed to be comparable to Zoom, especially with Google Meet. It is disheartening that schools have invested significantly in Google, yet the platform falls short. Google Meet should allow multiple teachers to control breakout rooms, improve the tiled view to show the entire class during presentations, enable presetting of breakout rooms before classes, incorporate surveys and questions on tablets, and consistently display student names on their tiles. It is frustrating that, nearly a year into the pandemic, Google has not made necessary changes for effective virtual teaching. Many are now second-guessing their choice of Google and this may influence future decisions on providers.

I recently discovered that my email address is almost the same as someone else's, only with a dot in my name which Gmail actually ignores. After finding this out, I realized that I should have known this ten years ago when I first created my account. Unfortunately, I will now have to give up my old Gmail account and move to Proton Mail. It's quite a hassle.

I am seeking to communicate with an administrator or manager at Google. There are individuals using a Google Chrome bot for illegal activities to intimidate, harass, and control me, infringing on my privacy. Each of my accounts seems to have been targeted with 15 methods of controlling and monitoring by these individuals. I did not consent to this invasion of privacy, where they track my online activities, capture keystrokes and screenshots, and even block my access to my router. They have also installed a modified version of Windows with limited functionality without my consent. I never agreed to these actions, and I possess evidence of this behavior. I am requesting someone with the appropriate authority to reach out to me.

I recently received an email alerting me to change my compromised passwords. The message stated that Google had detected some of my passwords online, which could potentially allow unauthorized access to my accounts. Despite reassuring that my Google Account was secure, the email urged me to review my saved passwords using the Password Manager. The message included a link labeled "take action" which I opted not to click on. The email concluded by stating it was sent to inform me about important changes to my Google Account and services. My elderly mother, who is 94+ years old, has been using her email account, [redacted], for quite some time. However, she accidentally got logged out on Thursday night and now needs to log back in. Unfortunately, she can't remember her password. I previously thought her password was Vyjsr42326, but that doesn't seem to be correct. Is there a way you can assist her in recovering her password or provide her with a new one so she can access her account and change it? I need assistance regarding a fraudulent Netflix account created using my credit card linked to [redacted] Comcast billed me for these unauthorized charges. I intend to contact the Florida Attorney General's office to report this criminal fraud. I seek information about the individual who opened this email account, where this fraud occurred, and how it bypassed security measures at Netflix and Comcast. I hold Comcast responsible for not alerting me to this fraudulent account opening. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office with your support. On Monday, I will contact my bank to report this fraud, change my account details, and obtain new cards. It seems someone has accessed my information illegally, and I am determined to pursue justice by identifying and prosecuting the culprit behind this criminal act. Hello, I purchased a Google Drive account manager from nubeinfinita.com, which I see has no connection to your services. They are now named nubeinfinitagoogle and can be found on Instagram under that name. I notified them that my account was disabled, and they responded that they couldn't help and offered me a similar account for free. I have trusted Google since its early days in Spain for personal backups on the cloud, never sharing content with anyone. I am unsure if I violated any rules, but I cannot comprehend the seizure of my personal information without further explanation. While I may have materials that violate Google's policies, I possess personal photos, documents, and videos that do not. I kindly request access to my account for 24 hours to retrieve this critical information before the account is canceled. Help Needed with Google and Facebook Accounts I am very worried because my Google and Facebook passwords were changed without my knowledge. I am facing an issue with my Gmail account, [redacted] After not using it for a while, I attempted to log in but forgot my password. Upon selecting the "forgot my password" option, I received a code on my phone at [redacted]. However, after entering the code, I was prompted to send a code to an alternate email that I cannot access. I am concerned that my account may have been hacked. I have tried using the account recovery page but cannot remember the name I used for the account. My name is Kenny Kimmel, but the email includes mine and my son's initials, so I may have used an unconventional first name. I created multiple emails which is why I structured it this way. I have the backup phone number and password for my [redacted] account, but the primary phone number has changed. Despite having the correct password and backup number, I am unable to complete the 2-step verification process because I don't have the backup codes or access to the primary phone number. The email verification code is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to, creating issues with services like onmicrosoft.com, barracuda.com, and chimp mail. I never signed up for services like these, and I suspect my emails have been forwarded. I need to track where emails were forwarded for a potential police report. Hello, I'm Mike. Recently, my sister and I purchased the same phone, a Galaxy A71 5G featuring Android. While setting up my sister's phone, I accidentally activated the freeze button and couldn't undo it. I took it back to the store where I bought it, and they performed a factory reset but needed my Google password, which I couldn't remember setting up. I suspect someone is continuously gaining unauthorized access to my account. I have logged out all trusted devices, reviewed the account activity, and noticed unfamiliar phones showing as "sometimes used." Despite setting up calls for verification codes, I am not receiving them, and the backup is going to my brother's phone. The account recovery information belongs to my brother, who is not involved. I believe it could be my ex-husband behind this. I also faced difficulty changing settings and suspect my ex-husband is accessing all the apps on my phone through my Google account. I have tried to disable location but encountered issues. I need the IP addresses associated with these logins. This has happened with multiple Gmail accounts, and even with my brother's IT expertise, we cannot stop it. The police require more evidence before taking action. Recently, I realized that someone used my phone and linked their accounts without my knowledge. They have installed unfamiliar apps from Google and seem to be accessing my emails, altering my server settings, and using my IP address. This intrusion has cost me money and privacy. I applied for a Google Account on 10-24-[redacted] and received a verification code (G-[redacted]). Despite this, I have not been able to use the account, and Google claims it doesn't exist. When I tried to reapply, the system claimed my valid email address was invalid. I refuse to change my email address, as it is indeed valid. I am currently unable to create an account or access the existing one. I feel frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer support. My account, [redacted], has been hacked. The hacker changed all my account details including mobile number and secondary email. Despite trying recovery options on all my devices (mobile phone, iPad, PC), I was only given the choice to use 8-digit backup codes which I don't have, or to receive a verification code on a number ending in 92, which is not mine. The hacked account contains sensitive information and thousands of family photos on Google Photos. I am willing to take legal action if necessary. With a passport photo, I can prove my ownership of the account. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.
