I took my **** XTS cadillac in to Bill Black Cadillac in Greensboro NC to have a new cue screen put in and to get an inspection. When I took my car to them, those were the only things I needed, my car was riding smooth. I received a text from Brady the service dept representative saying that my shocks were locked up. I immediately called Brady and asked him what was going on with my car because there wasn't any indication that my shocks were locked up when I took it to them. *When I received my car back my whole car was literally shaking when I drove it. I'm upset because they are not taking responsibility for whatever happen while my car was in their possession. When I spoke with the manager Tim McGee he was aggressive and rude telling me he had heard the story and that he would not be putting free shocks on my car and that he was not going to argue with me. He also referenced that my car was a ****. I basically was trying to explain to him that there wasn't anything wrong with my car when I took it in to them except for what I ask to be fixed but he didn't even want to hear what I had to say. He then said the only thing that could have happened was when the car was lifted and put back down it could have caused the problem but there's no way to know. At that point I said thank you for admitting there is a possibility that something done there could have caused the problem. I have been a good customer over the years and I don't feel that I should be talked to any kind of way nor treated any kind of way. *He even said he would hate to lose me as a customer. My car is still in their possession because there is no way I could drive it in that condition. He offered at cost price plus taxes. I still feel that I am being slighted because I feel they are responsible for the damage. Please contact me with some type of resolve to this issue. *Thank you,*Ms Pamela Price
