I'm trying to purchase the xbox series X through xbox all access on gamestop.com. The website says that you currently have stock, but when I hit the "get started" button, it gives a popup, wanting me to log in. Once I log in, I hit the "get started" button again and am given a similar popup, but this one details the process to buy, telling me that the next step is to apply for a Citizens One line of credit. No where on the popup does it tell me how or where to apply for said line of credit, but it does have a button marked "proceed" and another one marked "cancel" If I hit "cancel, the popup disappears, as expected, but it I hit proceed, it takes me to a new page, but it seems to be the gamestop home page rather than anything having to do with xbox all access or the Citizens One line of credit. I would simply like to know how to get from the product page to the next step of applying for the credit so that I might purchase the xbox series x all access bundle. Citizens One has said that I have to apply for this credit line on your website when I make the purchase.
GetHuman-phoebene did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
