I recently purchased your gas range model * JGB*** through Best Buy. My issue is this, I paid over a **** dollars for this unit and your company doesn’t even give a printed manual. I had to find out I needed to print the manual online. I am glad I had internet service or I would be out of luck. The solution is print a **** manual and fire whatever executive who made that decision. I own my own business and if I treated my customers the way your company did they would send me packing.
