The new GE refrigerator I purchased which was delivered in July makes a loud grinding noise. I had a customer relations person helping me, however she must have recorded a wrong telephone number for me and now customer relations will not respond. I scheduled, through GE, an appointment with Accord Appliances for ***. The tech agreed the noise was loud and that it was not the ice maker, but a fan. He asked me to send him a video of the noise, which I did. I have been waiting to hear back from Accord and finally decided that I should call to check up on the parts order. They told me that the order was closed because the noise was not loud enough. I can hear this refrigerator grinding from my bedroom at night. It is LOUD and I would appreciate talking with someone from GE. Right now I am only asking that a part be replaced, however I would prefer that the entire unit be replaced. Please update my record to reflect my correct telephone number: ***-***-****.
