Warranty service that was originally provided by a *rd party was inadequate. See dates of warranty repairs for the dishwasher in your records. Incorrect parts were ordered, it took multiple trips to our property to complete repairs. Parts were left out on the floor, not knowing if these were to be reinstalled. The dishwasher has been leaking for an unknown amount of time. Fortunately, not on a wood floor, on a composite surface. The dishwasher purchased is defective. The closest retailer that we purchased the unit from is no longer in business. (Lowe's in Louisville, CO.)I have wasted too many days and hours attempting to contact Consumer relations. Please update the address for the product* GE service records has the correct address but your automated system is not accurate. I have the original receipt. The initial defect was indicated by the authorized repair technician as a faulty pump system. *The technician did not have the parts on hand. Technician had to order the parts and was delivered FedEx. The wrong parts were either delivered or ordered. Technician had to reschedule numerous times. We were then told by the technician that the required parts were , "on back-order." Several weeks later, the repairs were completed. Although this occurred during COVID lock-downs, the defects were never adequately resolved. Please review the service orders, warranty requests and all other documentation regarding this defective dishwasher and please present a proposal to resolve the problem quickly.
