Hello, **I am contacting you regarding my open case * ********. If you look through my records, you will see that I have had significant amount of issues with all of my GE appliances within approx * year time frame. The microwave has been the biggest issue. I have been without a microwave since before my first service call on June **th, and after * technician visits, the micro was deemed not repairable. I have been working with customer relations to find a new micro and trim kit to fit my cabinetry. Finally found an appropriate pair - but with the “discount” it is still going to cost $***.**. Way beyond what I want to pay since I want a BASIC microwave. Please let me know if there is any additional discount you can provide. Otherwise, I will go to another brand for a less expensive option. I would appreciate any consideration you can give-but I need to move quickly because my family needs the microwave working asap.
