The website did not indicate that the technician was en route. The customer service person confirmed my phone number--***-***-**** and NOT ***-***-****.*I remained here all morning. I finally called GE service again to check the discrepancy between the website and the facts as the website said the technician was on site. This was not the case.*I was overwhelmingly dismayed to learn that the technician claimed to have come to my home (Ring does not support his assertion) rang the bell and got no response. This is a significant misrepresentation of the facts.*I must now be further inconvenienced which is overwhelmingly frustrating. I am also told I must show prof of purchase--I worked with a designer who managed all of the payments, etc for this. *This does not feel like good customer service* rather the experience that I have incurred makes me regret that I have invested in these very pricey appliances.*Lastly, I feel sad and frustrated and profoundly disappointed. I am UNABLE to function in my role in my kitchen appropriately
