Today, I had an appointment for a service technician to install a pump in my dishwasher at home. Unfortunately, he didn't show up despite me being home with open doors and windows. I've been without my dishwasher for almost two months now, causing me difficulty due to limited mobility. I was hoping it would be fixed during the first appointment, but now I have to wait until November 23rd for the rescheduled visit. It's frustrating to face such delays. My wife and I, recent purchasers of a GE washer and dryer for our small business from a local distributor, encountered a distressing issue. I purchased a washer from Costco around three years ago. We are experiencing various issues with it, but the most concerning problem is that despite its large drum, we can only fill it about one-third full before facing balance and drying problems. Currently, we have a single blanket in the washer, and no matter how many extra spins we attempt, it remains wet. Our previous washer lasted us 20 years, so the short lifespan of this one is disappointing.

On September 18, [redacted], I placed an order for a Monogram 36” Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dispenser, model #ZISS360DNSS, totaling $10,[redacted].97 with Order #GES[redacted]30D. Despite being on back order, I patiently waited for the perfect fit for my cabinets. Upon being notified that the unit was available, I agreed to a delivery date in December. The original delivery on 12/22/22 did not happen, and after contacting GE Appliance Delivery at 1[redacted], I was informed of a cancellation due to a bizarre explanation from the dispatcher. This led to rescheduling for 12/30/22, which was a no-show despite being provided a delivery window the day before. When contacting the customer service number again, I faced a lengthy wait followed by a dropped call, leading to rescheduling for 01/05/[redacted] without prior notice. The lack of communication and multiple failed delivery attempts have been disappointing given the upfront payment in September. I placed Order [redacted] for a Washer/Dryer and Pedestals. Even though I received a notification for pick-up at my usual spot, Spirit Deliver & Distribution in Winooski VT, the order was not found when I called. After contacting customer service on [redacted], GIGI then informed me the pick-up was actually at a distribution center in Baltimore MD, far from my Vermont address submitted during purchase. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, including interactions with Nico, there was no follow-up or resolution provided. Now, Glenda mentioned the order would be cancelled, which is disappointing as I have been trying to get the order I originally wanted. It is frustrating to have my funds tied up for days with no solution in sight.

I bought an electric stove from GE and sent a rebate form as requested on Dec 7, [redacted]. I had to adjust my cabinet to accommodate the new stove. Despite multiple calls, the issue was not resolved correctly. On Feb 21, [redacted], I was informed that everything was corrected, case #[redacted]. However, I have yet to receive my rebate as of May [redacted]. Each time I contact GE Promotions, I receive conflicting information. I bought all my GE appliances in slate color from NFM. The microwave, 2.2 cu ft.³, has stopped heating twice in five months, and the part costs over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the slate color is discontinued, and other available colors don't match my existing appliances. I urge GE to bring back the slate color to maintain consistency in my kitchen. I would appreciate it if GE could send a technician to fix the microwave for free due to the inconvenience this issue has caused.

I recently purchased a new microwave that is still under warranty, but unfortunately, it has not been working. The technician who initially came out only ordered a part and it took a while for it to arrive. When he installed it, he claimed it was fixed, but upon testing it, the microwave still did not work. I requested a new technician who was supposed to come today, but instead, they ordered additional parts that will take two months to arrive. I have been without a microwave for two months now and would appreciate a replacement as this one is clearly not functioning properly.

I recently had the GE Range Hood JVX5300SJSS installed on Saturday, 6/10/[redacted]. The technician from Lowe's faced difficulty installing the two metal grease filters as one of them appeared to have a depressed or missing notch. While cleaning the range hood after he left, the defective metal grease filter fell unexpectedly and ended up behind our range. Our new GE range is scheduled to be installed this Wednesday. We kindly request that you send us replacement metal grease filters for the defective product. Thank you.

I have been using my refrigerator (model: GTS18HYNRFS) for 6 weeks now, but I have some concerns about its operation. Firstly, the motor is much louder than my previous 20-year-old Kenmore refrigerator. It runs about twice an hour and at the end of the cycle, there is a "winding down" sound that lasts for 45 seconds. The most concerning issue is the sound of leaking water coming from the back of the refrigerator. Due to my age, it is difficult for me to try and move the appliance. I purchased my refrigerator just 7 weeks ago, and I am worried about the noise it makes. The cooling cycle activates every 15-18 minutes, followed by a winding-down noise that concerns me. I visited a local Home Depot store to order a white GE refrigerator for my kitchen. Unfortunately, my experience was a nightmare as each time the fridge was delivered, it arrived damaged. I purchased a GE washing machine from Lowe's, and within three weeks, it began malfunctioning. After two more weeks, it stopped working. The repairman came, ordered a part, and replaced it, but now the machine is malfunctioning again. I've had the machine for about three months, dealing with multiple repairs and waiting weeks each time for the repairman. Now, once again, the machine is not working. Two years ago, I bought all my appliances from GE - refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Within that time, I had to replace one electric burner on the stove. Now, the solenoid, armature arm, and timer on my dishwasher have failed. We have only used the appliances normally and have not abused them. I am requesting GE to replace the faulty dishwasher.
