My wife and I recently purchased a GE washer and dryer brand new form a local distributor for our small business. we have only had the machines for about two weeks and the washer basket is leaking rust onto all of our business linens. they are now stained an unusable. We have contacted the local distributor but they are deferring the problem back to GE. I have tried all day to get customer support to no avail. We are seeking compensation for our property destroyed by your poor quality assurance and are appalled at the lack of service and responsibility proffered by both GE and the local distributor. We cannot even get the machine replaced or fixed in a timely manner as your company still hasn't responded to our local distributor. We are unable to conduct business without an operable machine. Model number is GTW***BSL*WS and the serial number is GS******G. My wife is from Asia and she is convinced that she was lied to or deceived by you by sending a refurbished basket instead of new. What an embarrassment on behalf of American business such as yours. I hope you take this seriously as I am not finished in my quest for reparations.
