I encountered an issue with my last name containing an apostrophe while trying to check in my luggage, resulting in not being able to retrieve my boarding pass. After struggling with the kiosk for over 10 minutes, I noticed the system was using a quotation mark instead of an apostrophe. Without concierge service, I called in and after a lengthy 1 hour and 45-minute wait, I was told I would only receive a partial refund of $66 due to the ticket being nonrefundable. Despite being disabled and narrowly missing the next flight while rushing to catch it, I had to buy a last-minute ticket from another city. Although I managed to make it to my destination, I encountered difficulty trying to obtain a refund using the confirmation numbers provided. Feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance at the airports, I'm seeking advice on how to resolve this matter. I'm Christine O'Connell, reachable at [redacted], and my initial flights were UEK76Q from Green Bay, WI to Denver, CO, and VDBMKW from Milwaukee to Denver. Any guidance on securing a refund for the first two flights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have an apostrophe in my last name that caused issues with my boarding pass check-in. Trying to fix it at a kiosk took over 10 minutes before I called customer service. After nearly two hours on hold, I was offered a partial refund due to the nonrefundable ticket. Rushing to catch the next flight the next day, I missed it by a hair's breadth, causing emotional and physical strain. Despite a ticket for the following morning, I needed to be at a vital appointment the same day in another city. I managed to make it on a different flight after purchasing a new ticket. Trying to use the credit from the missed flights was unsuccessful. I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance from airport staff. Seeking advice on how to resolve and obtain a full refund for the first two missed flights. Can't understand why no one helped me at the airports. Contact details: Christine O'Connell at [redacted], previous flight reference numbers UEK76Q and VDBMKW. Phone number: [redacted]. Billing name: Rodney Covey. Address: [redacted] Horse Mountain Drive Livermore, CO [redacted]. Original flight Green Bay, WI to Denver, CO, then Milwaukee to Denver and Milwaukee to Las Vegas to Denver before Chicago to Denver. Last 4 card digits for refund: [redacted].

Yesterday, I was charged $99 for my skateboard, which I have taken on every flight for years. The woman at the desk was in training and was somewhat rude. She struggled with the tagging process and interrupted me and others. I only had a backpack with my skateboard, and I am an Elite member who has never been charged for bringing it before. Multiple flight attendants suggested contacting Frontier for a refund, and I would like to request one.

I bought a flight from MCO to PHL with reservation # XFJIMQ for Elizabeth Parsons on Frontier Airlines flight F9 [redacted] at 10 am today. Elizabeth won't be able to make the flight due to a change of plans. As per the Frontier Airlines policy, we are eligible for a full refund since the ticket was purchased less than 24 hours ago. I tried to cancel the booking through "My Trips," but it showed that the passenger had already checked in, making me unable to request a refund. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I am Douglas Neil Stevens Jr, and visiting my family in Portland is crucial. I had a flight booked through Las Vegas for a 17-hour layover to see my other sister. However, when booking tickets for Juanita and myself from Cincinnati to Portland, only one ticket appeared purchased, not two. After calling in, another agent canceled my flight and arranged a new one from Cincinnati to Denver and then Portland, with a 17-hour layover in Denver instead of Las Vegas. I urgently need assistance to adjust the flight back to my original plan of stopping in Las Vegas before heading to Portland. This trip was thoroughly planned, and I hope to keep it on track. Please contact us promptly at the provided numbers so we can resolve this matter immediately.

I purchased a Go Wild Pass for myself just an hour before the sale closed for $[redacted]. Shortly after, I attempted to purchase one for my daughter. There was a payment error, so I tried again. To my surprise, I noticed TWO charges of $[redacted] each, $[redacted] more than the original price. I have not received email confirmations for either transaction. If both went through, there are now two Go Wild Passes under the name Lotus Rose, and I need to transfer one. Following that, I purchased a pass for my girlfriend, Mckendrie Ebben, as the sale deadline was approaching and I was uncertain about the previous transactions. However, I encountered the same payment error message yet was charged $[redacted] without any confirmation email. I am perplexed by the overcharges and the absence of email confirmations. I have screenshots of the charges and my purchase attempts.

Yesterday, I checked in for my flight from Atlanta to Raleigh-Durham. Upon arrival, I discovered my bags were missing. Even though I went to Frontier's baggage claim office, they were closed, and no one could assist me. Everyone else collected their bags except mine. Upon finding my bag, it had been opened and my belongings were in disarray. Items like my Pandora bracelet, granddaughter's shoes, and sneakers were missing. The bag was closed when weighed, so I'm puzzled about how it was opened. This situation is frustrating and unsettling. I have tried to reach out for assistance but haven't had any luck. I really need my belongings back as they are valuable to me.

My entire suitcase was completely opened, and all my belongings were scattered throughout, then thrown into a large black garbage bag. I realized that my items were missing, including my Pandora bracelets worth $[redacted] and my boots. I haven't heard from anyone about this issue. I seek reimbursement for my missing items and an explanation as to why my suitcase was opened, my belongings were treated like trash, and why they are missing. This situation is unacceptable, and I am eager for answers. I will escalate this matter as needed until resolved. Both the bracelets and boots hold significant value to me. It is crucial that I speak with a representative promptly to address this unsettling experience.

I have been struggling to contact customer service for the past five days to change my flight reservation, scheduled for today. I need to modify my booking for two travelers but am facing difficulties as the online system is unable to split the reservation. It insists on changing both travelers' flights and charging the fare difference for both. I have already paid for two round-trip tickets and am not willing to pay for them again. With the flight departing in 5 hours, I find it frustrating that I cannot reach a human representative and the online chat responses take over 3 hours each time. This experience has been more time-consuming than anything vacation-related. Additionally, my luggage was lost by the airline last Monday. Any advice on how to proceed in this situation?

I took a flight from ATL to Raleigh Durham on Tuesday and landed at 8:20pm. The flight was 1 hour and 28 minutes. Upon arrival, I discovered that my daughter's luggage was there, but I couldn't find mine. After looking around, I found my belongings crammed into a black trash bag inside a tote that was the only leftover item on the baggage belt. My suitcase, three Pandora bracelets, cash, and a pair of boots were all in the trash bag. I'm confused about what happened between the luggage being checked and reaching the destination. I've tried to contact Frontier Airlines multiple times since Tuesday, but they have not been helpful. The whole situation has left me feeling angry, frustrated, and disgusted. I need assistance with resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Subject: Request for Refund due to Flight Delay and Poor Customer Service Experience Dear Customer Service, I am writing to request a refund for my return flight, which was over 5 hours late, causing hardship for my family. Upon arrival from San Juan Puerto Rico to Orlando, I experienced rude behavior from the flight attendant, Mrs. Arroyo. She was dismissive and unprofessional, escalating the stressful situation further with her inappropriate conduct. Despite my polite request for better communication, she responded disrespectfully, leading to an embarrassing and humiliating interaction. Despite attempting to address my concerns through online chat, I have not received any updates after waiting for a total of 3 hours. My flight confirmation for reference is EDVWUD for Flights [redacted] & [redacted]. I am not seeking credit for future flights, only the refund for the return flight. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service exhibited by Frontier Airlines in this situation. For further communication, please reach out to me at [redacted], the same email used for the ticket purchase. Sincerely, Joanna L.

Good afternoon, I am attempting to make a reservation using my vouchers that were issued on September 29. I understood that I had 90 days from the date of issuance to redeem them. However, when trying to book flights today, the vouchers are indicating they have no value. I require assistance with this matter. The voucher number is [redacted][redacted]1, issued to me, Natasha D. There are a total of 5 vouchers linked to my reservation. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, I was scheduled to take a flight at 8:07. Upon arriving at the airport, I checked in, dropped off my bag, and proceeded to security where I encountered a delay of about 20 minutes and subsequently missed my flight. I have been attempting to reach Frontier Airlines to inquire about rebooking my flight as I urgently need to be at my destination. Unfortunately, I am currently stranded in Denver, Colorado, while my luggage has already made its way to Oklahoma City. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter.

I purchased tickets for my wife and baby to travel from Cincinnati to Dallas/Fort Worth with layover in Denver. The confirmation number is N735FY. The first leg is flight [redacted] from Cincinnati to Denver, then they will take flight [redacted] from Denver to DFW. I received an alert that flight [redacted] is delayed, and I'm worried about them missing flight [redacted] during the layover. Should I cancel the flight, or does the airline keep an eye on connecting flights like [redacted] as well? Is there a possibility of putting them on another flight from Denver to DFW? I just want to ensure my wife and baby won't be left stranded at Denver Airport. Any advice would be appreciated.

I experienced a last-minute flight cancellation by Frontier Airlines after a 2.5-hour delay. This forced me to purchase a costly last-minute ticket from another airline to reach home. Frontier was unable to book me on another flight until 3 days later. Despite this, I have not yet received a refund, and I am now facing an extra $[redacted] expense for the alternative flight.

We were denied boarding on our Frontier flight because the clerks at the boarding desk claimed our carry-on bag was too big. Despite fitting it in the slot, they closed the doors and didn't let us board. This happened as we were headed to Las Vegas, where I had a hotel reservation. The staff was disrespectful to my granddaughter and me, even banning us from the next flight. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] in cash rather than a voucher because of the poor treatment we received.

My friend is joining me in Florida for a 5-day visit. Unfortunately, she encountered a situation with Frontier Airlines regarding baggage fees at check-in, despite the online policy stating one free personal bag. I have evidence of this policy online and seek a refund for her. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the airline's leadership if necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution for Deborah upon her arrival at Orlando MCO International Airport on flight [redacted] today, 12/14/22. I await prompt assistance from Frontier to address this issue. Janet G.

My friend is visiting me in Florida for five days. Despite carefully following all instructions to book her flight and even paying for her seats for added comfort, we encountered an issue at check-in. Despite confirmation stating that passengers are allowed one free personal bag, she was charged $[redacted] for her bag. This goes against your policy and has caused frustration. I expect a refund for her upon arrival at Orlando MCO International Airport. I am willing to escalate this matter to the highest levels of management within Frontier Airlines to ensure a satisfactory resolution. I have documentation supporting our claim. I hope to see this resolved promptly to provide a stress-free start to her trip. Thank you, Janet G.

Rebecca Larson (Confirmation Code N6HM6Y) arrived at the airport on December 10 for a midnight flight to Albuquerque, with a connection to Cancun. However, the flight from Phoenix to Albuquerque was canceled, leading to a reroute through Philadelphia. Despite having their bags checked only to Philadelphia, they had to recheck them upon arrival. Upon reviewing the reservation, the total round trip price was applied to the one-way to Cancun on December 11, and the December 18 reservation is missing. The situation has been very stressful, especially since they are traveling with a man with Parkinson's disease. They are seeking assistance to ensure they are accommodated on the desired flight.
