Dear Flipkey!*Once again I apply to you to solve my problems occurred booking with you on September *th, ****!*Booking Reference: BR******** *I want to remind you, that I had problems with paying as a guest and also via PayPal. So the payment was fulfilled through your agent via telephone.*My account was immediately charged for ***.** Euro!*Next morning (Sept. *th), I was informed that the property has been already booked earlier by other person from other site!*In order to unblock my amount I asked your stuff (via live chat) to send me an email confirming booking cancellation, which I've received!*Nevertheless my bank is not able to unblock the amount, by the reason that, they do not posses enough payment details!*They say that the amount was charged by Holiday Lettings - EUR*London GB, but the cancellation email is sent from *****@***.com that does not correspond each other!*Please give me more detailed payment information so that I can prove transaction!**Please also note, that we been trying to book and pay from * accounts, Giga Maisuradze - *****@***.com and*Maia Chikvashvili - *****@***.com!**Thank you very much in advance!*Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP!*Best regards,*Giga Maisuradze* Maia Chikvashvili
