I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 in October/November [redacted]. On Saturday morning, the screen suddenly went blank. I charged it thinking the battery had run out, even though I charged it the night before. However, it never turned on. There is only a faint yellowish light on the screen. I am disappointed as this is the second Fitbit I have bought for myself. The first one, a Blaze, lasted nearly five years without any issues. I bought two more for my sisters. This experience has highlighted the difficulty of contacting a service center in India as no phone numbers seem to work.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Fitbit app on my iPhone. The heart rate displayed on the app does not match the heart rate shown on my Inspire 2. On the iPhone, only the resting heart rate is displayed, not the current heart rate. However, when using the same Fitbit app on my iPad, the heart rate is shown accurately and matches the Inspire 2. I have ensured that the phone software is updated to version 15.4.1 and that the Bluetooth on the phone is enabled with the Inspire 2 connected. I have also tried rebooting the Inspire 2 and toggling Bluetooth on and off multiple times, but the issue persists.

I recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 4 wristband in size large for my 8-inch wrist. Despite requesting overnight delivery, the small band was delivered after three days. Unfortunately, the small band does not fit my wrist at all. I am requesting a replacement in size large and a way to return the current small band. My experience with customer service was disappointing. Upon contacting them, there were issues with communication, and it took a long time to speak to a supervisor after several unsuccessful attempts to rectify the situation. In the end, I did receive a return label and was informed that the correct size band would be sent out. I am hoping for a smoother resolution moving forward.

I was swimming when my Fitbit stopped functioning. Despite being just out of warranty, it won't charge. This issue seems common, suggesting a common defect. The claim of water resistance up to 50 meters feels misleading given this experience. This is actually my second Fitbit in two years; the first one broke within a year and was replaced.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, vor ungefähr zwei Wochen wurde die Auswertung des "geschätzten Sauerstoffsättigungsdiagramms" geändert. Statt der bisherigen Kurve wurde ein Balkendiagramm eingeführt. Leider hat dieser Wechsel dazu geführt, dass es nun sehr schwer ist, Informationen abzulesen. Die grünen und orangefarbenen Balken überlappen sich direkt auf der Zeitachse, ohne klare Grenzwerte oder Auswertungshilfen, was zu großer Verwirrung führt. Dieses verwirrende neue Diagramm hat keinen Nutzen und ist enttäuschend. Gibt es bald eine Erklärung oder Hilfestellung von Fitbit zu erwarten? Mit freundlichen Grüßen, P. Wachtel (Charge 4)

I am currently experiencing an issue with the app. When I try to log in or create a new account, the app is not recognizing my email address as valid. Despite using this same email address in the past to open an account, it is now being denied. Oddly enough, when attempting to create a new account, I input my old password and was informed that it was already in use, implying it is associated with my account. However, the message I consistently receive is that my email address is not valid even though it functions properly elsewhere.

I have not yet received the refund for my Fitbit Ionic. In April, I was supposed to receive a $[redacted].00 card, which I never got. Instead, I received a letter with the issuing company's contact details. After several calls, I was informed about a virtual card that I struggled to activate and could only use at specific online vendors. Upon contacting an intermediary, they assured me I could get a plastic card reissued. However, the issuing company now requires me to input a code and register online before sending a card, for which they will charge a processing fee to convert from virtual to plastic. Additionally, I was told I must spend exactly $[redacted] or less in one go, or the transaction wouldn't go through, possibly leaving unused funds on the card. These restrictions are causing me a great deal of frustration. Before forming a negative opinion of Fitbit, I am reaching out for help.

I recently visited New York, and my Fitbit Versa 2 adjusted to US time automatically. However, I am now struggling to set it back to UK time. I have sought help from three different advisors. The first instructed me to update my device, which I have completed. The second recommended deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit App, but I am unable to do so as it does not recognize any of my passwords, claiming they are already in use. The third advisor mentioned a free service but then asked for my credit card details. All I need is to adjust the time by 5 hours, and I hope this can be resolved without further complications.

I own a Fitbit Sense2 and I really like the watch. The problem I face is that whenever I need to charge it, it doesn't charge. It seems like the holes on the back of the watch gather skin oil and dust, preventing it from charging. I usually have to use a cotton swab with alcohol and then carefully clean the inside of each hole with a toothpick. Sometimes this solution works, but not always. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or found a different way to fix this?

My Versa 2 suddenly changed the time. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, the representative disconnected the call during the reset process. Despite the factory reset, the watch still displays the wrong time. My email is [redacted], and there should be notes regarding the troubleshooting. Hello, For the past 3 days, I've been having trouble with my Inspire 2 watch not syncing properly with my phone. Even though the synchronization is regular, my sleep data is not registering automatically. I have to input it manually now, which is affecting the sleep score and details like deep or light sleep. I charged my watch recently, and after that, the issue started. Despite trying to follow the instructions in the manual, such as switching on/off the sleep mode, the problem persists. Hello,**For the past few days, my Fitbit Inspire 2 is not syncing properly with my phone. The sleep data is no longer updating automatically, and I have to input it manually. As a result, I can't see my sleep score, deep and light sleep information, etc. even after charging the watch. This issue only started after the recent recharge. Hello, After 3.5 weeks of use, I have noticed that the Fitbit Charge 5 I received has the following issue: the counting of kilometers traveled is consistently incorrect! For example, today, a regular walk near my home was recorded as 6.09 km on the Fitbit Charge 5, while my Samsung app registered 4.69 km (for reference, the same route was exactly 4.69 km on my Fitbit Charge 4). In this situation, I am not satisfied with the Fitbit Charge 5 I have, and I would like to either return this malfunctioning Charge 5 for a full refund as stated in the terms of sale, or exchange it for free with the condition that I can try out the new model that would be sent to me again. Hello, on 22.07.22, I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 from Euronics Medienmarkt GmbH. Unfortunately, it has been defective since yesterday. Even after restarting, the LCD screen remains dark. Only when I restart it via the charging cable, the Fitbit can be used. Once disconnected or if I make any changes, the screen goes dark again. I believe the device is faulty. I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 for my husband in December [redacted] as a Christmas present. I bought it from Amazon, so I am unsure if it was directly from the company or a third-party seller. Recently, on 06/10/23, the screen stopped working and remains black despite my efforts to reset it. I attempted charging and using the 3-button method to no avail. Is there any solution to this issue? I believe it should have a longer lifespan than just 6 months. The number on the box is 395F116DD8E1. Hello, Sorry for resorting to French, my English is not that great... I have a Fitbit Versa 3 that has been working fine until recently, but now the screen is black. When I press the button, it vibrates, but nothing happens. I'm really worried because I am diabetic and track my glucose levels using the Glance app. Could you please advise me on what to do next? My Fitbit Charge 3's battery died before I could charge it. Once fully charged, the time is incorrect, and it won't sync with the phone app. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like force-quitting the app, toggling Bluetooth, rebooting the device, and a long press on the button while charging, all to no avail. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I'm at a loss for what to try next. I rely on my Fitbit for exercise motivation and feeling lost without it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, good afternoon. I own a Fitbit Versa 3 that is no longer under warranty. Today, I accidentally jumped into a shallow pool with it (less than 2 meters deep). I removed it right away, but now it won't turn on. Although it vibrates when I press the power button, the screen remains black. The watch is rated for water resistance up to 50 meters, so I'm surprised it stopped working at only 2 meters. Upon inspection, I found no visible cracks. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Hello, I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 for my wife two years ago, and it has been working well until recently. Despite changing the battery, the display is now only showing green lines and flashes, and the device is unresponsive. I am uncertain if this issue is related to the display, motherboard, or components within the shell. I have considered buying spare parts on eBay but would appreciate your opinion before proceeding. I have searched the forum for solutions to no avail. I am frustrated by the lack of communication options aside from Twitter. If I don't receive assistance, I may avoid purchasing Fitbit products in the future. It is crucial to have spare parts available for repair purposes. Without a warranty, I am left to repair the device myself. If the product is not repairable, it is harmful to the environment. I hope to resolve this issue as a dissatisfied customer.
