I have been at home since yesterday morning, keeping my dog indoors because the app indicated my package would arrive by 4:30 PM. I tried contacting FedEx yesterday, but was unable to speak to a representative as the system only provided automated information stating the package would arrive by the end of the day. Subsequently, I received a notification that the delivery was delayed. Today, the app shows a new estimated delivery time of 4:30 PM. I've been waiting all day to sign for the package. I am hoping to confirm if the package will indeed be delivered today to avoid waiting indefinitely and potentially missing the delivery. In the past three years, there has been only one delivery to my unit even though there are four apartments here. Last week, I received a new card from the bank three days late, and when it finally arrived, the envelope had been opened and the card had a fake sticker on it. The phone number on the sticker led to an inappropriate site. I am now waiting for a replacement card, which has not arrived yet. If the missing card was somehow activated or tampered with, I will incur costs. I am disappointed in the service provided by the carrier. William S. I purchased two items from Wayfair, but they mistakenly sent them to my former address in Clackamas, Oregon. Despite my attempts to correct the address on their website, it was unsuccessful. A Wayfair representative contacted FedEx, who advised me to set up an account to manage the delivery. However, I discovered I couldn't change the shipping address on the account. Both Wayfair and I have been unable to resolve this issue, and the items are currently en route to Clackamas, Oregon instead of my new address in Star, Idaho. The tracking numbers are [redacted]04 and [redacted]2. I have also tried reaching out to the 1-[redacted] number, but have been unable to speak to a representative.

Tracking Number: [redacted]14 My parcel should have arrived a week ago. The delivery driver claimed our business address was closed, but that is not the case, as we operate 24/7 and receive numerous deliveries daily from various carriers without any issues. FedEx customer support mentioned that I requested the package to be held locally. However, I did not make this request as the distance between the address on the package and my ID is over [redacted] miles, making local pickup impossible. Now, FedEx says the package was picked up on July 8th and is no longer traceable in their system. Unfortunately, the automated system disconnects my call when I try to reach a representative for further assistance. The contents of the package are valuable to me, and I urgently need it. The package was dispatched on Wednesday the 13th at 12:00 a.m. from Grand Island, NE to Fort Wayne, IN. It reached Kansas City, MO on Thursday the 14th at 1:56 a.m. and departed at 9:22 a.m. towards Chicago, IL. It arrived at 7:54 p.m. on Thursday and remained there for about 25 hours. Surprisingly, at 8:59 p.m. on Friday the 15th, it was sent to Portage, MI, a location north of the final destination of Fort Wayne, IN. Instead of delivering it to Fort Wayne, IN, there was a return trip to Chicago, IL. The expected delivery date is today, Monday the 18th, with an exception noted. The tracking information has not been updated since the package arrived again in Chicago this morning at 1:48 a.m., with a delay reported at 2:02 a.m. This situation raises concerns about the efficiency of the Fedex employees in Chicago, IL. This series of events has left me puzzled and frustrated.

Yesterday, there was a misdelivery of my medical device shipment. FedEx assured me it would arrive by noon today, but it is now after 5 pm and still not here. I am frustrated because no one seems able to help me. If FedEx hadn't promised it by noon, I would have had the shipper send a replacement, but it's too late for that now. FedEx now says they will follow up on Saturday, which is not acceptable to me.

Hello, my partner applied for a position at FedEx Ground in Muncie, Indiana, but surprisingly, Zionville, Indiana contacted him today offering the job. Unfortunately, we lack access to a car or driver's license making it challenging for him to commute to Zionville for work daily. The preferred location was Muncie where we have access to public transportation. We are seeking assistance from a FedEx Ground employee at the Muncie, Indiana location on Cowan Road.

I received a delivery notification from FedEx yesterday indicating that the package was delivered by the front door of my building. The building consists of condos on floors 3-12, with businesses and a school on the lower floors, and there is a parcel locker on the first floor for deliveries. Various delivery services use this locker for packages regularly. I assume that the delivery person is aware of this setup and should have left the package in the entryway. I have contacted FedEx through their automated customer service, but I am concerned that I may only receive a generic response indicating that the package was delivered. I am hoping to speak with a representative who can consider the specifics of my situation and potentially locate the delivery person to confirm that the package was indeed left at my building and not elsewhere on the street.

I am experiencing trouble with the delivery driver not attempting to deliver my large package. I have been present for both delivery attempts, but the driver did not contact me or knock on the door. FedEx has successfully delivered packages to me before without any issues. I am willing to be home all day for the next delivery attempt tomorrow if needed. I value my time and hope the package will be delivered on the third and final attempt. Thank you.

On 8/22, a package was scheduled for pick-up by KForce between 10 am and 3 pm under order # CPU [redacted]. Despite clear instructions with your contact info and unit #, the driver alleged inability to reach you due to intercom issues. After contacting Customer Service twice, the package remained uncollected. Despite assurances of a return pick-up, this did not occur, leading to an unsuccessful collection. Following multiple calls, the pick-up had to be rescheduled due to service hours. The driver never attempted to collect the package despite it being visible. Furthermore, the lack of a direct corporate contact number is frustrating for escalating such issues. KForce, who arranged and paid for the service, is understandably displeased with this unsatisfactory experience.

I shipped a FedEx-Envelope weighing 1 lb using International Priority with Tracking No. 8[redacted] [redacted]. The package was picked up on 8/11 in Washington DC and was delivered on 8/17 in Munich, Germany, which took 4 business days excluding the pick-up day. According to International Priority standards, delivery between major cities should not exceed 3 business days. I am requesting a credit or discount on the invoice no. 2-[redacted]9 due to the delayed delivery of the envelope for $96.15. I have tried resolving this over the phone, but faced long waiting times and call interruptions. The online billing adjustment was denied based on a claim of ON TIME DELIVERY, which is inaccurate since the package arrived in Munich on August 17. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Serious incident involving a FedEx driver last night. Our lives were endangered when the driver parked on the wrong side of the road in a curve, almost causing a head-on collision. My wife was seriously shaken up. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. Please address this issue with the driver to prevent a tragic accident. I have been receiving deliveries at my front door, but unfortunately, the FedEx driver has been driving through my yard, causing damage. I confronted her and she refused to give me her name. This is not my usual FedEx delivery person, and I do not usually receive packages at the front door due to my disability. I am concerned about the damage to my yard and would like to know what will be done to rectify the situation. I'm located in Maryland. A package was sent to me from New Jersey on September 5th. According to FedEx tracking, it reached a facility close to my location, but then indicated it was being sent back to the sender. Strangely, the tracking now shows it's out for delivery today in Indiana, despite the expected delivery by the end of the day in Maryland. I have doubts it will reach me from Indiana before the day ends.

On 8/13/22, a carrier delivered my Chewy order containing dog meds valued at about $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was thrown on the ground and I only found bits and pieces left. The same carrier delivered another package of clothing in a similar manner, but I managed to retrieve it before my dogs got to it. The post office confirmed it was FedEx because I saw an unmarked box truck leaving the area, and they mentioned FedEx doesn't use box trucks. I am requesting that FedEx reimburse me for the cost of the dog meds.

We have been receiving FedEx packages at our address for years. However, in the last few months, our address is not being recognized by your vendors when shipping to us. Citibank is one of those vendors. Other suppliers have informed us that your system does not recognize our address. It is attempting to send our packages to Showlow, AZ, which is about 20 miles away with a different zip code, resulting in them being returned to the sender. I reside in Cleveland and recently traveled to Canada for a week, inadvertently leaving behind some necessary medication. I asked a friend to send it to me through FedEx, incurring a cost of $[redacted]. However, the delivery was delayed, and despite efforts to contact FedEx regarding a refund, communication has been challenging. The package arrived after my departure, and my attempts to reach a live customer service representative have been unsuccessful. While I have spoken to polite customer service agents, they have been unable to address the issue effectively. I am now unsure about the process for requesting a refund, especially since the package may be rerouted to an overage center. Subject: Urgent: Missing E-Bike Delivery Issue Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my order for the [redacted] Series XR Steel Blue E-Bike with the order number [redacted]. I have a vacation home on Bolivar Road in Waterloo NS, where I spend my summers. Despite waiting patiently for the delivery from FedEx, I have yet to receive my e-bike. After tracking my order using #[redacted]57, I was shocked to discover that FedEx claims the package was delivered on September 8 at 12:02 pm. However, I did not receive any package, see a FedEx vehicle, or sign for any delivery. I have contacted FedEx, but they insist that the package was delivered to me. When I requested evidence like a delivery photo or a signed receipt, they redirected me to the shipper, ride1up. This situation is urgent as I leave for Switzerland on September 30, [redacted]. From September 23 to 27, I will be on a round trip in Nova Scotia. I believe this issue may involve foul play and considering involving the authorities. I have been trying to send an envelope to the UK for the past 13 days. Despite seeking help from GetHuman four days ago and contacting FedEx Customer Service daily, I keep receiving the same unhelpful reply of an 'alert' being sent. This experience has been frustrating, and it has caused me undue stress as I urgently need the important document in the envelope to reach the UK promptly. Unfortunately, FedEx has shown complete negligence by sending my envelope to Asia and then to Africa instead of its intended destination in the UK. Tracking number: 8[redacted] [redacted] On September 14, [redacted], I sent the envelope using FedEx International Priority from Princeton, USA to Hounslow, UK. Instead of arriving in the UK, it has been routed to Dubai, then to Kampala, Uganda, where it has been sitting since September 17, [redacted]. The tracking status has not changed, and I am concerned about the delay in reaching Hounslow, UK. I urge FedEx to resolve this issue promptly.
