I am noticing on my bill that you are charging me a $*** monthly fee for the voluntary solar program which I never signed up for! I want this removed and I want to be credited back for every month you charged me the $* for. And it says I am on budget billing which I never signed up for - remove that immediately! I am contacting the BBB and the attorney general right now. This is dishonest and I cannot speak to a human when calling into your call center.
