The incorrect number from my checking account at Chase Bank on my email that I received from FTL is WRONG. The correct account number is ***o. I just from vacation and found a bill from FPL stating my bill has been charged with $**.** and a statement statement that for one year I'm on probation!!! *The reason that Chase did not Honor the charge is that FPL used the wrong number,****. I have been a customer for ** years and always paid on time and never missed a payment. Please deduct the charges. Please contact me.
