I had a payment exstention for June *th and then I was sent a final notice and it was changed to the *nd and then *rd ??? I waited on the phone over an hour on the phone to speak to customer service to be told I was never given that date. It was a great hardship to come up with the money on the *rd. Also I asked if I could have one of the **.** dollars removed for return payment, I explained It hadn’t happened before and it was a bank error. Again I was told nothing she could do. Ism ** years old and have to work for slicing, since Covid I could only find part time work at minimum wage. You state you are here to help people in this difficult time, I don’t see it. I have a picture of the ******** payment extension, I would like to include it but this site doesn’t give me the option. I would like a credit or long payment extension for my next payment. I know I am asking the impossible, but had to try.
