My name is Myrtle B. Thomas Jones, My birth date is **********. My doctor Ganka Spassova wrote an Rx for Acetaminophen *. I was told by your pharmacy staff that the Rx could not be filled right away, but to tell my doctor to write another Rx for the above name medication and go to my local pharmacy to be filled. My local CVS Pharmacy said they could not fill it because the internet showed that that Rx was send *-**-**. I received from you three medications, Paroxetine, Amlodipine Besylate and Pravastatin BUT NO Acetaminophen *. I am in severe diabetic pain, I am taking * hour Tylenol, It is not working. I am trying to be understanding, I worked in the Medical profession before retiring. I am asking you to please call CVS Pharmacy at Model T Plaza, ***** Woodward, Highland Park, MI *****, (***) ***-**** and explain the situation to them, I am praying that an understanding will be made.
