I received an email and i think its for my mom but it is the worst email to receive when you dont know who it as referring to or what the prescription is so i can contact the doctor. Both my mom and i check this email and shes unsure as well, i tries goinf into forgot username or to get assistance and it says to use diff website. I just need to know what prescription is Invoice *: ************ . I need to contact her dr and req it asap before it goes further, as in the past we get **-** emails a day saying theres a delay or whatever. Then her prescription got all messed up so we stopped using your service and went to a pharmacy here. Either dont send as many emails, or we will stop using you again. And did someone request this or did you start it on your own??????
