The issue in GetHuman-ejallow's own words
I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the services and frustration I experienced during my recent interaction with your establishment representatives. **I placed an order to fill my first prescription with Express Scripts in mid July before traveling to Europe and I was informed that the order would not make it in time before my departure. That being a concern, I called UHC, my insurance company to see if I could pick up my script at my local CVS pharmacy instead. UHC and Express Scripts communicated each other and decided it was okay to pick up the **-day supply I needed, which I did.**However, I received an email from Express Scripts two days later informing me that the same scripts were filled and being shipped to me. My checking account was debited $*** plus some change. I called that very day from Spain and told the representative on the phone that I had already had my prescription filled and that the order was duplicated. She assured me that it was an error and that the shipment will be stopped and the charges reversed.**Two days later, I received another email advising me that the shipment was still being sent out. Again I called Express Scripts and this time demanded to speak with a supervisor after the representative informed me that there was very little she could do. I was out on hold for over ** minutes, while a supervisor is being sought. Finally a lady by the name of Rihana came on the phone and I went over the whole story with her again. She advised that I hang on to the order so I wouldn’t have to place another order after the **-day supply runs out. I made her know that I leave in Las Vegas where the current temperature is well over *** degrees on average and there is no one at my house to receive the package and it would be sitting outside for six weeks, which is unacceptable. She again put me on hold for over twenty minutes. Imagine making all these phone calls on my cellphone from Europe! She finally came back and said it was all squared out and I have nothing to worry about. **Three days later I received a shipping notification from UPS, including tracking number that the package was delivered at my residence and left on the front porch. I immediately called Express Scripts again and this time spoke with a representative named Chris. He also expressed the fact that although he understands my frustration, there was nothing he could do other than referring me to another supervisor. I was on hold for another fifteen minutes and a guy named either Gerry or Jerry came on. He was very defensive, rude and condescending and blamed me for everything. Finally, when I asked who to escalate this problem to, he offered to reverse the charges as he was doing me a huge favor. I offered to have the medications sent back when I get home as I cannot accept paying for something that would be useless by the time I am ready to use it. **The interaction with him was this past Monday, July ** and I have not seen a reversal or credited for the charges. I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far with Express Scripts and I would for someone to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Being that I have to get my scripts through your company, I would like to make sure that I wouldn’t have to worry in my future interactions.**Thank you**Ebrima Jallow
