My name is Janice biggs. I am calling in reference to my son, Cody Biggs.we live in Charleston, South Carolina. Insurance just approved for the medicine Antivyo. ( not sure about the spelling) He received Hunira for a year from Express Scripts. The doctor called to inform me that he had been approved but that I needed to call in order to get the medicine sent to Roper st. francis for the procedure. They mentioned that Express Scripts would also be contacted by Roper as well. None of this makes much sense to me. I am just following directions in order to get the meds for my son. I’m not sure what other information is required to get this started. I already called one number that was given to me and it was the wrong department. When she tried to transfer the call, it was disconnected.
