I was lied to on the phone by one of your male Pharmacists. I broke out in hives. I was charged $** for a level * medication that was not filled as ordered. When the order was give a second time, you refuse to send it* stating that it was not ordered correctly. Please read the attached documents and reimburse me the $**.** you charged for Capsules that were not ordered and the ** day supply I had to buy at Walgreens $*.**, after not having taken my medicine for over a week. **I am an allergic person. Soy products, in fact all products derived from beans give me painful hives that last weeks.**Why did your pharmacist take the liberty to change that order and charge me extra? I suggest you find out. Why did your pharmacist read a canned response about patient’s obligations when all I asked was the exact cost of a filled medication? He was very rude. If I am not satisfied in the next ** working days, I will take further action. Why did your pharmacist lie to me on the phone saying that Capsules were ordered when it was Tablets ordered from a computer, as it has been for about the last ** years that I have been taking this medication.**Thank you for your attention.
