Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out to address the closure of my shop. Today, my account was terminated, despite my attempts to explain that the reported listings were handmade by me and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. I sell unique items featuring designs like flowers and cow prints, which cannot be copyrighted. While I have previously sold novelty cases, I always promptly removed any reported items as requested. As a new Etsy seller, I am still learning what is permissible on the platform. I am disheartened by the block on my account, especially since the AirPod Case I offered was handmade and compliant with your guidelines. With a [redacted]% positive feedback record, I take pride in customer satisfaction and community engagement on Etsy. I would appreciate an expedited review of this matter to reopen my shop. Additionally, I have concerns about the £[redacted] payment owed to me by Etsy. Could you please clarify when this payment will be processed and deposited into my bank account? My account got suspended on 26/08/[redacted] because I didn't have enough funds to refund a customer who claimed their parcel didn't arrive. Despite advising the customer to contact Royal Mail per my refund policy, I reached out to Etsy live chat to appeal the suspension. They mentioned they would email me for resolution, but that never happened. After attempting live chat twice more with no luck, I decided to refund the customer outside of my policy to try to reopen my account. I've been unable to access sales info for 12 days, leading to another £10.60 being withdrawn due to another undelivered order complaint that I couldn't address. This lack of income for 12 days has caused me emotional and financial strain. Despite being an Etsy seller for over a year, the handling of this situation, or lack thereof, has left me deeply disappointed. I've lost around £30 in total and 2 weeks' worth of income. I'm requesting £[redacted].45 in total, including missed income and refunded charges due to unresolved complaints. I've been unable to get any response from Etsy, adding to my distress.

I'm having trouble with my cell phone and Etsy account. I recently changed my email address from Gmail to Yahoo. My new Yahoo email is [redacted] and I want to use it for my Etsy account. My Etsy account is currently a mix of my old and new emails, causing confusion. I made an online purchase of a Kansas City Chiefs face mask back in February [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]. I had wanted to contact Etsy months ago but was very busy. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the mask. In February or March, I recall being asked for feedback prior to even receiving the mask. I noticed a review mentioning the logo/patch being as small as a dime. In my feedback, I expressed that I wouldn't have ordered it knowing this. Recently, I received an email from Kam at CanadalsHomeApparel responding to my feedback. I am dissatisfied with the response and the delay in my order. It seems intentional and concerning. Have others experienced similar issues with this seller? I no longer wish to support CanadalsHomeApparel and would like a refund. Thank you for your attention.

I purchased a mirror clock on ETSY as a guest through [redacted] Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I reported the issue through ETSY's website, but I have not received any response from ETSY. After clearing my cache, I can no longer access the issue on ETSY's site. I cannot find the email confirmation for the order. The company listed on the shipping label is Kargom Gelsin U.ARASI, but I cannot find any information about them. According to ETSY's policy, I should contact the seller, but I have no details about them from the shipment. ETSY requires a transaction email or customer number to contact them, which I do not have as a guest buyer. I am considering disputing the payment with my credit card company, but I am concerned they may face the same issue with ETSY.

I recently bought some tote bags for my bridesmaids with rush delivery from TapistryinApril on September 18th. The website promised items would ship in 3-5 business days, but it has been over a week and nothing has been shipped. I have tried reaching out to the seller multiple times with no response, making me concerned that this might be a scam. I needed the items by October 1st and am now considering buying from a different seller. I am requesting a refund as it appears unlikely that I will receive my order on time, or possibly at all given the lack of communication from the seller. The situation was escalated due to the seller being unresponsive, and I was advised to wait until September 30th, which is too late for me. I am seeking guidance on potentially purchasing from another vendor.

Sehr geehrtes Etsy Deutschland Kundenservice-Team, Als Verkäufer auf Etsy.com bin ich verwirrt über eine Anzeige in meinem Shop und hoffe, dass Sie mir dabei behilflich sein können. Wenn ich in meinem Shop auf "Kontoeinstellungen" gehe, dann auf "Marketing" und anschließend auf "Etsy Ads" klicke, sehe ich unter "Statistik für die einzelnen beworbenen Artikel", dass bei einem meiner Artikel unter "Bestellungen" eine 1 steht. Laut dieser Anzeige hat also jemand diesen Artikel bestellt und es steht auch ein Umsatz daneben. Jedoch habe ich keine Informationen darüber, wer diesen Artikel bestellt hat, wie er bezahlt wurde oder wohin er versendet werden soll. Ich habe keine E-Mail über diese Bestellung erhalten und unter "Bestellungen und Versand" ist auch keine Bestellung aufgeführt. Etsy zeigt mir also einerseits, dass eine Bestellung eingegangen ist, andererseits aber auch, dass keine Bestellung für diesen Artikel vorliegt. Da mir der Name des Käufers/der Käuferin nicht bekannt ist, habe ich keine Möglichkeit, diese Person zu kontaktieren. Ich bitte um Unterstützung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Tobias K.

Unfortunately, since the store has already responded to my feedback, I am unable to make changes or delete it. Fortunately, I opened a case on PayPal and successfully received a refund through their assistance. There was no response from your end on PayPal, which led me to this decision. I opened an Etsy account in [redacted] and sold items for several years. Due to health issues and struggling with changes in shipping, I stopped selling a while back. I've heard from others that Etsy has since improved, so I want to re-start selling. When I checked my store, it shows 11 Open Orders, but all my sales were completed successfully. I am John M. DonaDio, an Ordained Pastor and Retired Special Education Teacher with a Master's Degree in Counseling as a Psychologist and Biblical Theologian. I believe my intelligence surpasses that of all Etsy owners combined. I intend to advertise Etsy's unreliability as a selling platform due to my recent experience. My order, Transaction #[redacted], for Sterling Silver Earrings priced at $11.88 post-discount, has been problematic. Seller UlaKolodziejczyk seems unreachable, making it impossible to address my concerns. Despite my order dating back to September 9, [redacted], with an expected delivery of October 14th, contacting Etsy's Help Center revealed I cannot file a complaint until October 15th. Despite the delay in addressing my issue, I received no resolution by 8:30 PM EST, following a 3:13 PM USPS delivery. I expect a prompt refund from Etsy due to their inadequate seller management. I am currently facing a problem with a buyer named Charles Mélisson who has been unresponsive regarding his invoice. The item he purchased was shipped from Thailand to France with tracking number LX[redacted]99TH on March 9. Here is a timeline of the events: - On May 21, Charles mentioned not receiving the parcel and was advised to contact the local post office. - By May 26, he claimed the parcel was sent to Corsica and then back to Thailand, despite the tracking showing it was still in transit to France. - After being informed of the parcel's delivery on June 17, I invoiced him $65.99 on June 18 but did not receive any response or payment. I have attempted to contact him multiple times over the past four months with no success. It seems he may not have any intention of paying for the item he received. Hello, two days ago I received my order from Etsy, and I'm delighted with it. I haven't received an invoice from Klarna yet, so I just chatted with them to inquire why. They mentioned that the shop hasn't unlocked the invoice yet, but I can view it as a reservation in the Klarna app. Once the merchant unlocks the invoice, it will be sent automatically to me. I wish to keep the items and proceed with payment, so please unlock the invoice promptly. Thank you, Barbara Pollmann. He clarified that Etsy is the merchant, so I should reach out to Etsy Support. I'm doing that now.

I recently noticed several anti-Fauci items on Etsy, which appear to be used by far-right individuals to promote anti-vax ideas. It seems like some product reviewers may lack education or have been influenced by individuals promoting harmful ideologies. The products on Etsy depict Fauci as Hitler or suggest he approved gain of function research, which is misleading. Many sellers seem to reject science, spreading misinformation and politicizing the pandemic. Allowing those who misunderstand vaccine research and pandemic mitigation to sell such items is concerning. The focus now should be on combatting the pandemic before it worsens with new mutations. Research suggests heme factors may play a role in issues like white matter disease and dementia due to COVID-19. It might be beneficial for Etsy to consider hiring staff with scientific backgrounds to review potentially biased products more effectively.

Hello team, I am writing to address my recent orders with your sellers Dubaigems, specifically Bieauli and Jewelsbymoonli. Orders placed with them seem to be delayed, with incorrect dispatch notes potentially being used to gather funds fraudulently from customers. My order numbers are as follows: - Bieauli #[redacted] placed on October 21st. A dispatch note was created but not sent to the courier, and my emails requesting updates have gone unanswered. Dubaigemsuk #[redacted]69 seems to be deceiving customers by providing incorrect tracking details to Etsy. - Jewelsbymooli #[redacted] has also created a courier note but has not yet arranged for delivery. As a seller, I experienced a sale where the buyer changed their mind, leading me to refund their payment on 10/17/[redacted]. Despite not receiving the funds, my statement showed charges as follows: Order +$9.43, Charge for refund -$9.43, then another refund -$9.43. Etsy returned the funds to the buyer, debited my Etsy account, and withdrew the amount from my linked bank account without clarity on fees deducted from the credit. This lack of transparency with sales and fees has become frustrating and confusing. I am considering closing my Etsy selling account due to the complexity of their financial processes. The inability to communicate with Etsy directly adds to the exasperation, making this experience feel less like the human commerce they claim to promote.

I attempted to change my password three times, but despite receiving the reset password emails, I found the passwords generated were not strong enough. After the third attempt, I did not receive any more reset password emails or links. I have checked my spam and trash folders, but the emails are not there. I simply want to change my password to access my account. I am looking to reset the password and receive the appropriate email or link. If my account is locked, I would like it reactivated. The last time I used my account was on 10/15/21 to make a purchase. Additionally, when I used my husband's PayPal account, the verification process showed his name instead of mine. I wish to rectify this issue and have my name displayed on the account. Please assist in sending me a reset password email or link and if necessary, reactivate my account.

About a week ago, I accidentally switched packages that I mailed to customers, one of them being from ETSY. I reached out to a friend, who was one of the recipients, and she forwarded the package to the correct person. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in contacting the other recipient whom I don't know personally. Despite my emails and messages, there has been no response, and ETSY's shipping records show that I have not sent anything to this customer. I'm extremely worried about this situation. I've tried multiple times to reach out to ETSY without success, so I'm turning to this chat for help. Regarding the Personalized Princess Towels, I encountered issues placing an order on Etsy for two items on December 1st. Unfortunately, when I tried contacting their Customer Service number at 1-[redacted], I was left on hold for 45 minutes with loud music playing. Additionally, Etsy's Help Line at etsy.com/help/contact is not allowing me to sign in. Even when attempting to contact the seller, I face the same sign-in issue. I have reached out to Etsy Press via email and their Facebook page to complain about this frustrating experience. Etsy's lack of efficient and timely Customer Service is making it difficult for me to place my order. Thank you.
