We are due to fly to Paris on Sunday the **th of December but due to the current Covid government guidelines we are no longer able to travel so I need to either have a refund of the flights or exchange for a future date and it’s not letting me do this online on “manage my bookings” it only gives me * dates to change my flight to but they are still in December which doesn’t work against the rules or Covid.
