My daughter has left EE. I want to pay the final phone bill. She is not registered with my EE . I have tried live chat and also ringing. None of the options relate to my problem so they keep cutting me off and I can’t get to the right place.

I finally got through on the phone. I found a Sunday to be a less busy time. Luckily I didn’t have a final bill to pay and my daughters account is closed. I found the live chat to be very unhelpful. Better to speak to someone but it requires a great deal of patience
