I completed a follow up phone interview with John Nelson of McorpCX and he turned it in. E-rewards says that I didn't qualify for the follow up survey and won't credit me the $** in points I'm entitled to.
GetHuman-coxsgjpe did not yet indicate what E-Rewards should do to make this right.
